So close to the water taxi spot for us Seniors

The location of this B&B/hotel was great. Very easy to walk around Venice from. However, it was not the most comfortable place. We were in the room closest to the front door and unfortunately could hear everything when people entered the building and if people were talking. It was very uncomfortable to have such interrupted sleep the two nights we were there. Additionally, the duvet cover on the bed was stained and very old without a cover on top of it.

Posizione scomoda lontana da ogni punto di interesse a meno che non si usi sempre il traghetto che in effetti è a 4 minuti, la sala davvero carina e la colazione che vi si consuma non è male, complimenti alla ragazza che se ne occupa, la camera va bene, il bagno esterno alla camera e ad un passo, soffre di gravi problemi di umidità e muffa che ho ritrovato sui sanitari, comprendo che facciano del loro meglio ma c’è da impegnarsi di più. Cordiali. Non tornerei.

Loved staying at B&B Cà Del Modena. We met Nicola who was wonderful, was very accommodating, and gave us lots of tips during our stay in Venice. The breakfast that was provided was generous and very delicious. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were very clean. It was a short walking distance to the San Stae water shuttle stop which was very convenient when arriving and leaving with our luggage. The location is also walking distance from all the top sights in Venice. I definitely recommend.

Très bon accueil, la gentillesse du personnel, jolie petite chambre, déjeuner très copieux avec beaucoup de choix. Mettre le gps pour s’y rendre car toutes les rues se ressemblent à Venise??. Possibilité de laisser les valises même si on a rendu la chambre. En moins de 30mn de la place St Marc.

Super ! H?te très accueillant et sympathique tout en restant discret ! L’emplacement est retiré au calme tout en étant proche du centre . Le petit déjeuner est frais et très complet , la dame servant celui co est très gentille aussi ….c’etait Top ! Nous reviendrons

For this, my first visit to Venice I was totally impressed with this accommodation. Tastefully decorated and our room was clean and quiet!! Conveniently located in the area. Also, our host was professional, helpful and courteous. Breakfast was extremely well prepared and delicious. Would definitely recommend staying here and will stay here on my next visit to beautiful Venice.

Ottima posizione. I punti di interesse sono raggiungibili a piedi in pochi minuti di camminata. Il proprietario è disponibile e molto cortese. La colazione abbondante e piacevole. Le stanze piccole, ma carine, confortevoli e pulite. Rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo!! Ci tornerei sicuramente.
