all you can wish for in this price segment - clean apartment with everything you need - located in a cozy street without traffic - in the middle of exciting 9th arrondissement with lots of shopping, nice affordable restaurants and a walk away from epic sights - friendly and effective staff, immediately responding to isues and generous in granting late check-out You will be very satisfied.

Se encuentra en 7 Rue Cadet, a casi 200 metros de la estación de metro Cadet, lo que facilita enormemente desplazarse por la ciudad. Además, está a pocos minutos a pie de Gare du Nord, Montmartre, la ópera Garnier y el Museo Grévin, en una zona repleta de restaurantes, cafés y tiendas típicas parisinas. La ubicación es, sin dudas, uno de los grandes puntos fuertes del alojamiento. El establecimiento combina de manera ideal la independencia de un apartamento con los servicios esenciales de un hotel moderno, lo que lo convierte en una excelente opción para quienes buscan comodidad y una ubicación privilegiada en el corazón de París. En la recepción siempre encontramos personal muy amable, servicial y dispuesto a colaborar en todo momento. La entrada se sitúa al final de un portón grande que se cierra por la noche, lo que aporta seguridad y privacidad. Sin embargo, esta disposición puede generar una primera impresión particular, especialmente porque al inicio del pasaje hay dos contenedores de basura pertenecientes a locales gastronómicos cercanos que, en ciertos momentos, pueden producir mal olor. Una vez superado este punto, el entorno interior resulta mucho más agradable. Nuestro departamento de dos ambientes era amplio, luminoso e ideal para familias. Estaba decorado con un estilo contemporáneo y contaba con sala de estar, cocina totalmente equipada (incluido lavavajillas), zona de comedor y ba?o privado con ducha. El dormitorio tenía camas con colchones de muy buena calidad, y en el living había dos sillones cama igualmente confortables. El alojamiento ofrece Wi-Fi gratuito, aire acondicionado, TV de pantalla plana, acceso con tarjeta magnética, ascensor, calefacción y depósito de equipaje. En la planta baja también hay lavarropas y secarropas, algo especialmente útil para estancias más largas. En síntesis, Cadet Residence es una alternativa ideal para quienes buscan espacio, independencia y confort sin renunciar a una ubicación estratégica en París.

Tout est fait pour passer un très bon moment : la localisation top, la qualité des prestations, la décoration moderne, fonctionnelle, l'agencement astucieux, la cuisine bien équipée, la salle de bain spacieuse, les petites attentions utiles (capsules pour la machine à café, tablettes pour le lave vaisselles, chaussons...) et j'en passe. Mention spéciale pour le personnel très prévenant et attentionné, boissons chaudes à disposition dans le salon du rez-de-chaussée y compris avant et après la remise des clés. Tout est fait pour passer un excellent séjour à Paris et profiter de la ville!

We stayed as a family of three, and the room was spacious, clean, and very satisfying. The hotel is within walking distance of the Louvre Museum and the Opera, and Cadet Street has many great restaurants. The location is excellent.

Our time was enjoyable. We stayed for 14 nights, The apartment was cleaned every second day BUT the sheets were never changed.

The staff were very friendly, the hotel is surrounded by great restaurants, and it was convenient for going anywhere. It was truly the best hotel, and if I come back to Paris, I will definitely stay here again.

Actually the location is bit far from city center, and a bit dark cause there is not much street light nearby. Other than that, it still consider very comfortable and clean hotel
