Lovely location and exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. We had a few small problems with our room which were sorted out by an immediate room swap by the manageress. The rooms are quite small but we're adequate for a short stay. The kitchen was closed while we visited so no cooked food at all but they could supply a delicious continental breakfast and they had lists of recommendations for nearby restaurants (which are excellent) and also suggested to order takeaways which could be eaten in the hotel dining room. Bonus points for EV charging at a considerably lower price than the usual RV charging stations. Would certainly visit again.

Amazing hotel and location, hidden gem
Amazing hotel to stay at, incredible grounds and location, beautiful building and very friendly staff. Had an amazing time, breakfast was really good and relaxing with slow jazz looking over the beautiful garden

Lovely staff, just missing a restaurant at the moment , and gardens could do with more landscaping, although they are neat and tidy.

Hotellet ?r stilfullt m?blerat och k?nns lyxigt. Fantastiska omgivningar med mycket stora vackra tr?d. En perfekt milj? f?r br?llop, som man tydligen ofta huserar. Trevlig frukost med rikligt av frukt och b?r. Restaurangen var st?ngd under hela v?r vistelse men diverse matst?llen p? en 10-15 min avst?nd eller hemk?rning med UberEats. De minsta rummen ?r mycket sm?, men m?nga alternativ finns.

Beautiful manor house refurbished as hotel in the Welsh countryside. 10 minutes by taxi outside of Conwy. Worth the visit.

A perfect tranquil and well presented Hotel
Very clean, impressive Hotel. Check in was easy and the room was very clean, the grounds definitely need to be walked to appreciate. The hotels flexible check in was also very welcome as we were travelling from Kent. Overall, would highly recommend this hotel and will be returning here next time we visit family who are in the area.

Beautiful victorian manor house, renovated to a very high standard with modern touches in the room. We stayed in a spacious room on the first floor. Very beautiful room with many storage options, lovely view of the amazing garden, quiet & very comfortable. Excellent king-size bed. High speed internet throughout the hotel. Served continental breakfast. Easy parking on the grounds. Absolutely lovely staff (sent us a forgotten item via mail). Excellent location in the countryside with easy road connections to Conwy center of town. A find.

Unique historic building with beautiful gardens and lovely countryside. We enjoyed the peace and quite, yet not too far from Conwy. Dinner was delicious, as was continental breakfast.

I am a wildlife photographer and was looking for a hotel in North Wales which had the potential for some nice photos on its doorstep and it was just what I was looking for! The grounds were beautiful. Not only that, there are plenty of quiet spaces around inside near the bar area so I was able to have a peaceful drink while I edited my photos. The staff were all friendly and helpful and we were shown to our room on arrival. We had a classic double room which was a bit too small for our liking with a small window too which meant that the room got very warm in the night. We would upgrade to a bigger room next time, just something to bear in mind for those considering staying in summer.

Lovely hotel, friendly service, and quite possibly the most comfortable hotel bed i've slept in. Wish we could have stayed longer.
