Full of italian charm and well appointed. Staff was very kind, helpful with directions and knowledgeable.

Friendly and very helpful owner, comfortable and clean room, very close to major sites and shopping. No reception, so be sure to ask the owner for his number to call if you need anything (this is more like staying in a private home, than a hotel). No food on site, but great restaurants very near by and lots of free snacks in the room!

Can not recommend this place enough. When we first walked up to the building my husband was concerned lol But this truly ended up being a hidden gem in Venice.
Location is great because you can walk different directions easily and your not surrounded by hundreds of tourists. This is a very authentic place and rooms, you can feel the history in this building

This is a great unique hotel. Complementary snacks, near Giglio boat station. So just get on the orange boat from the airport and a short 7 minute walk. Only two small bridges. The staff was very friendly and courteous. It is very close to San Marco's square and the Doge palace (must see in Venice) also the Museo Della Musica.

We had a wonderful stay here! This is a great, quiet little hotel. Excellent walkable location in a quiet part of San Marco — a ten-minute walk away from all the touristy spots but nicely tucked away in a dead end alley, away from the hustle and bustle. There were lots of restaurants in close walking distance. Staff were very friendly and welcoming! They showed us our room, offered us a welcome gift (Venetian cookies) and free water, juice and snacks, which were replenished each day. Room was also very cute with great views of the canal and clock tower. 10/10 would recommend!

Clean room. Don’t expect any service or even directions of the area. Checkout time at 10 was inconvenient. Everything was just transactional and odd. Cleaning lady was polite. Overall experience was average at best. The description at booking doesn’t reflect the actual experience.

The property provides such a unique stay. The rooms were beautiful, the canal view made it so special, the proprietors were helpful and considerate. It was conveniently located in the heart of San Marco, easy walks to high end shopping as well as local shops, great restaurants small & large, and less than 10 minutes to Saint Mark's Square.

We arrived later than expected and the owner was there to let us in and also ensure we got situated. They also helped us carry our baggage up the next day once we received it. The place was gorgeous and in a close proximity to restaurants and Saint Marco Square and all the high end shopping.
