Walls are very thin you can hear next door conversation every time somebody goes out the door the door bangs very loud the shower is very hard to turn

The room had issues with getting hot water on Friday and Saturday and our cable TV wasn’t working on Friday but both were eventually fixed. Other than this, the staff was amazing and friendly.

Water had a white hue and was not clear. Amenities were amazing. Hot tub and pool were great. Shampoo and Conditioner smell nice.

Rooms were well appointed & clean. Staff was pleasant & it had a great vibe. Hot tub & pool looked nice. It was chilly & raining but both were warm ( could have been a bit warmer for my wife ). Bar “in the parking lot” was delightful. Definitely do it again!

Charming hotel. Pool was warm. Drinks and food at both the Reef and Sancho’s Mexican Restaurant were exceptional.

This is an older hotel, fairly well kept. The room showed signs of being worn, such as patches in the ceiling. One of the beds had a stain on the bedspread. The big problem was that the walls seemed paper thin, as we could hear the guys next door early into the morning hours, but they were not being loud or boisterous.

The room was ok the tv didn’t work they transferred us to a suite that was not clean so they had to transfer us to another room. That was OK. We have stayed there several times and this time was just OK. We will probably choose a different hotel next time.

Have stayed here many times and have to say the place is in need of some TLC. The rooms getting a bit worn out and could use some attention. A biker convention took over the property for the weekend… ??. Noise level was unacceptable and it seemed no one wanted to address it. Really want to rate higher, but afraid this place is headed in the wrong direction.

Very friendly staff! Jason at the front desk was amazing and extremely helpful. Cute rooms and a cute atmosphere -very clean room.

Clean room, great location near downtown. The Reef restaurant and tiki bar is a hidden gem and right by the pool.
