Me my mom and my auntie went here. Absolutely gorgeous views. The staff was so friendly. I love Asheville. I'm gonna take my lil situationship here next month. Absolutely loved it it. I truly appreciated Brayden, Derek's, Dayna emily,. And the front desk girls atttidue it really made the trip more enjoyable.

Habitaciones con un calor infernal y sin frigobar. Muy poca variedad de comidas tanto en el desayuno como en la cena. No tienen demasiado en cuenta las restricciones alimentarias. Cobran el agua caliente a los huéspedes. Lo único a destacar es la higiene y buena atención por parte de las mucamas.

The hotel checked all the necessary boxes for an adequate stay: clean, modern, comfortable bed, spacious room with refrigerator, pool and exercise room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. For example, the desk clerk was happy to keep my plastic room key for me when I went in and out of the hotel, and the bartender was very helpful with something I needed but forgot. The best feature for my purposes was its location. It was directly across the street from a business complex that housed an event I was producing. I also enjoyed the pool for a couple of brief, refreshing swims. There is also a fun feature: the bathroom mirror has bluetooth and functions as a speaker. Gimmicky, but fun. Also, lots of storage space. The biggest thing to be aware of is to ask for rooms on the pool side of the building. Avoid the rooms on the south and west sides of the building, especially on the lower floors. The poles on the very bright lights illuminating the parking areas come up to the 2nd floor, and the lights are on all night. My window was right in front of a pole. The night shade did not block the light on edges of the shade, so there was a constant and bright glow. And this coupled with the power button on an electric mirror on the other side of the room that glowed red all the time. I forgot my eye shades, so I slept pretty poorly both nights I was there.

Primer buen punto: Vinimos una semana con mi familia (2 adultos, tres ni?os, el más peque?o de 3) y nos dieron una habitación tipo suite con dos cuartos separados y un ba?o. Super amplio (categoría departamento) sale lo mismo que ir a una doble y una triple, pero al ser peque?os nos dio más seguridad estar todos juntos. (El departamento igualmente es cuádruple, el más chiquito durmió con nosotros en la cama de 1,60). Tiene comodidades como frigobar, secador de pelo, tv con cable, wifi y en el pasillo un gran armario. Decoración simple pero muy práctico y limpio todo. Segundo buen punto: la MEDIA PENSIóN en mi opinión fue excelente, económica (teniendo en cuenta lo que sale comer afuera), variada (tienen un menú diario distinto todos los días y se puede elegir la entrada y el postre entre varias opciones). Exquisito todo...comimos sano y variado. No es comida gourmet, es comida como la de casa, pero muy rica y abundante. Y además de estar lleno el restaurante con contingentes, siempre nos atendieron rápido y muy amables. Tercer buen punto: muy buena ubicación, está en medio del centro, a un par de cuadras del centro cívico, rodeado de bares, cervecerías, restaurantes, chocolaterías, agencias de turismo, etc. No tiene estacionamiento en el.hotel, pero tienen una playa a 3 cuadras y sale $1000 todo el día, sino se puede dejar en la calle estacionado y de noche nose paga. (Consejo: no dejar nada de nada adentro del auto porque hay mucho robo en todos lados). De hecho nos abrieron el baúl y robaron en el lago Gutiérrez dónde no había nadie alrededor y en el centro también nos comentaron que roban mucho. El hotel no es lujoso, pero se nota que lo han remodelado hace un par de a?os y está cuidado y limpio. Soy agente de viajes y también soy mamá, y la verdad es que a mí me pareció una opción muy buena y práctica para familias o para personas que estén sin movilidad en Bariloche!

Habitaciones en excelente estado y limpieza, muy cómodas. El ba?o impecable y la ducha bien potente. El personal es muy amable en la atención. El desayuno es variado, está bien. La única observación es que te cobran el agua para el mate.

Las camas eran muy finitas, no creo que llegaran a 1 metro de ancho y uno de los colchones estaba hundido. No acepten habitacion 508. Pedí cambuo de camas pero no aceptaron. Los enpleados de la ma?ana y tarde muy buenos, el de la noche es muy mala onda.
