Place is essential, but clean and welcoming. Swimming pool is a big plus, with an inexpensive bar. Walking distance from bus station, big supermarket, and an outstanding traditional grill restaurant.
Staff is friendly and precise.

Nice swimmingpool, there was a problem with the airco and we got an upgrade to another bigger room and did not have to move back after repair

Hotel Room & Surroundings
Right next to Misque which is called to prayers 7 times per day meaning 3:30 or 4:00am and evening @ approx 11:00 pm. Where hotel is situated good location walking g to town although dogs barking at night and roosters again approx 5:30am. Air conditioner not great and balcony g could use work. Shower flooded our floor door wasn’t right. No blow dryer or iron. Breakfast was moderate ok. Pool nice but cleaning later in evening loud.

I’ll come straight to positives & negatives: +ve: high speed Wi-Fi Swimming pool Customer service is okay. English language may be a hindrance -ve: Location. At least 20 minutes walk to marina and or otogar (bus) station. Uncomfortable beds No shops around No water at breakfast. You have to pay 3 lira No fresh milk at breakfast. You have to pay 3 lira to get a carton. All in all. If you are on a budget and okay to walk, only then choose this place.
