I think you were the worst guests we've had this summer. You didn't appreciate the upgrade to a much larger two-story apartment with a view of the rooftops of Venice, just because you had to climb 85 steps. You left the apartment dirty and in terrible condition, and on top of that, you left an old, dirty suitcase that we had to pay 50 euros to dispose of. A terrible record from you.
