Location great. Staff very good, horrible smell in bathroom, shower warm, never hot. But location, location, location. Dai sanitori restaurant on street level best of in rome. Ask for Gabriel. Mike & Mary.

Location is excellent. Room was clean and staff was helpful. Room is pretty bare-bones and reception is only there sporadically, hence the one star deduction.

There were no vineyards, but it’s central to most things. There is restaurant downstairs. The food is amazing everywhere you go. Staff here were very helpful , there is an elevator. It is just off the main highway. I wiuld highly recommend this place.

Great location! Easy check in, the guy at front desk was very friendly and took us to fifth floor to our room to show us everything. Our room had a large balcony and was very nice and clean. Pretty quiet with windows closed but we had windows open the street noise didn’t bother us. Very safe area. Few Seconds from tons of restaurants and shops. Only issue Hotel communication was not good. Called, texted and emailed the morning we were supposed to check out cause we were running late to grab our stuff but no answer or reply at all. Otherwise we loved here.

The location of this place is very nice. Very close to restaurants. shopping areas and tourist attractions like the Piazza Navona, the Pantheon and Trevi fountain etc. The alley where it is at is very narrow and cars cant even pass so you need to pull your luggage thru cobbled street. The worse part is their elevator is not on the ground floor. You have to carry all your luggage a flight of stairs to get to a small elevator. The staff are very helpful in taking your luggage to your room. But we happened to have a very early checkout time because of an early flight and we had to bring down our heavy luggage ourselves down one flight of stairs. There are no staff available that early because the staff are there only 7am to 4 pm Also it is very hard to communicate with them. Nobody answers the phone after 4 pm. The staff are very nice and helpful but like I said they are not there all the time. A lot of improvements should be done. The room is clean and bed is clean but shower floor and restroom are not. Bathroom supplies are lacking, no conditioner, no lotion. I won’t recommend this property.

It is a fantastic location, walkable to so many sights and shopping areas. Great restaurants, bakeries and gelato shops nearby.

Great central location to all sites. The rooms are nice, clean My only negative comment is that the elevator is on the second floor and you have to carry your luggage up a flight of stairs. Staff was very pleasant and checkin was easy.

Needs better maintenance
2 night stay. AC was leaking water in the room. My daughter was sleeping because she didn’t feel well. I had to stay in the room with her while a tech came to take apart the AC unit and clean it because the lines got clogged causing the leak. Hotel room was very clean. Needs upgrading because important parts like faucets, handles, etc are old and flimsy. The building is old and there are some stairs to climb before getting to an elevator. It’s not a hotel by American standards. It would be considered a room from an apartment. There are 3 keys to manage: main entry door, door to your section of the building and then the door to your room. If you don’t plan on staying in the room most of the time, it’s okay. Communication from building managers was prompt.

Piazza navona ve campe di fiori meydanlar?n?n aras?nda, two sizes'?n yan?ndaki sokakta. Konum olarak mükemmel. Bir ?ok turistik yere yürüme mesafesinde. Otobüs durag? soka??n giri?inde. A??k?as? rezervasyon yaparken bu kadar iyi olaca??n? beklemiyorduk.
