Thanks to both Charlene and Eric for such a wonderful and intimate stay during our Thanksgiving trip here....our first time, too! We're so happy to have found and booked this B&B, breakfast was phenomenal and extra added touches during our stay was icing on the cake. So much to see and do while there exploring, or not....if you choose to stay on property. A beautiful historic home built for today's comfort. Kudos to Charlene's hospitality and Eric's expertise in the kitchen.

Perfect choice for another week-end getaway. This beautiful inn was so tastefully decorated for the season, adding to its lovely ambiance. The innkeepers, Charlene and Eric, ensured that our stay was pleasant and comfortable. The room was absolutely charming, and the bedding was exquisite. I enjoyed the seasonal breakfast offering of pumpkin pancakes, which was as eye-appealing as it was delicious. Looking forward to our next visit.

My wife and I were looking for a few days of rest and relaxation. We had read the high praise Tripadvisor travelers had given the inn. And after spending two wonderful days there, we saw firsthand why people love it so much. It's a beautiful and historic home on picturesque grounds, decorated with a holiday flair, and situated in the heart of Brewster. The innkeepers, Charlene and Eric, immediately make you feel special the moment you open the door. We love the inn's layout, especially its living room. We spent hours reading our books in front of the fire. We were in the Seacroft Suite and loved everything about it, from its gas fireplace to its king bed, accompanied by beautiful linens and comfortable pillows. The suite also had a cozy couch, chair, and a desk, where my wife wrote her Christmas cards. The bathroom is spacious and modern with a tub/shower combination with a rainforest shower head. The suite's cleanliness could best be described in one word: spotless. Charlene has a wealth of knowledge about things to explore, places to eat, and where to shop (many of these places are a stone's throw from the Inn). Eric lets his food do the talking. Breakfast was phenomenal. If you're lucky enough to be there when he makes his pumpkin pancakes from scratch with authentic maple syrup, pumpkin butter, and topped off with real whipped cream, and accompanied by a side of apple-smoked bacon, your day will be off to a great start. You also get a little treat to start your breakfast. On our first day, it was his homemade cranberry bread with vanilla icing. When we were leaving the Candleberry Inn, we were overwhelmed by just one thought: "When are we coming back again?" That's how pleasurable the experience was for us. This was my first stay at a Bed and Breakfast and was completely blown away from all the nice personal touches. Charlene and Erik were so welcoming even before we arrived. We were celebrating our first anniversary and helped me with getting flowers delivered to our room and champagne was on ice when we arrived. The daily baked treats were delicious and gone in seconds. The facility was clean and quiet, room was spacious and the breakfast was so delicious. We are looking forward to booking again next year for our 2nd anniversary! The best Bed and Breakfast I have been to. The Inns Keeper Charlene and Eric warmth and attentiveness made for great experience. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The breakfast especially the pumpkin pancakes were sooo good. Coming back after exploring the Cape and finding a bag of homemade cookies was a great touch.

We LOVE the Candleberry Inn! Location is walking distance to beach, Brewster Store, & some tasty restaurants. They have thought of everything so you can pack less! From bathroom essentials to beach towels, chairs, & umbrellas. You can take the bikes & helmets provided by the Inn to nearby Cape Cod Rail Trail or Nickerson State Park. Nauset Beach sunrises are the best which include seal sightings. Skaket beach for sunset. All a short drive from charming Candleberry Inn. Eric & Charlene the Inn keepers are absolutely lovely & accommodating! My husband & I are both gluten free & they had delicious gluten free options everyday for breakfast & afternoon snack. I’m also dairy free & they had dairy free options too! It’s our favorite place to visit and we always look forward to our next trip!

Returning to the Candleberry Inn for our third consecutive year, we were immediately impressed with how Charlene and Eric have seamlessly continued the warm and gracious hospitality that we have always enjoyed in our previous visits. We were delighted with our stay! Though the Inn had only recently opened for the season under their attentive leadership, their service and attention to detail were as welcoming as ever. We thoroughly enjoyed the lovely gardens and the proximity of the Inn to wonderful beach and Conservancy walks. It is such a pleasure to relax inside or out on the grounds with a cup of tea and the wonderful baked treats now provided by Charlene’s accomplished baking skills. Eric’s breakfasts were delicious and beautifully presented each morning making the start to each day a pleasure. We appreciate all the thoughtful touches that Charlene and Eric and their hardworking team have invested in making each visitor feel comfortable and at ease. We certainly plan to return again to continue our appreciation for this legacy inn.

We recently stayed at the Candleberry Inn and it was an extraordinary experience. It was my mother's 90th birthday and everything about this stay was beyond on expectations. The innkeepers, Charlene and Eric, and the whole team there are exceptional. They went above and beyond to help make by Mom's birthday amazing. When we got to the room they had flowers, prosecco, little chocolates, a happy birthday sign, a beautiful, heartfelt birthday card and balloons. We stayed in the Garden Suite in the Carriage House. The suite was impeccable. The furnishings beautiful (completely updated and custom build suite) and the most comfortable King bed I have ever slept in! The suite was spotless! The gourmet breakfast and daily special baked goods were stellar. At breakfast, the entire staff sang happy birthday! They made her feel so special! Never have I experience such a kind, professional and amazing staff. We certainly lucked out and will return!
