fantastic apartment stay, really didn't want to leave - excellent service and cleaning, friendly and very helpful.

We arrived after hours, but Marco provided us with excellent instructions with photos on how to enter the building and arrive at our room. One thing to note, there's no elevator (lift) on the property and the rooms are up three flights of stairs. Take your time on the stairs, especially with luggage.
The room was great! Cleaned daily with fresh towels and the staff was polite and professional.
Everything is within walking distance. Incredible sites, restaurants, shopping and the train station, which we used for a day trip to Verona.
My wife and I loved Florence and felt safe everywhere we went. Highly recommend Canto Degli Scali for anyone traveling to Florence.

We were really satisfied with our apt. It’s really clean,spacious and convenient to all shopping area and important does. Marco and Alessio were so nice and easy to talk to. We highly recommend this apt. And enjoyed our stay in Florence

Marco, Marco, Marco — he’s your guy! You won’t find a better host anywhere. His place and hospitality are truly unforgettable. We stayed in the Tower unit, and every detail showed how much care and love went into creating this space. You’ll be amazed at how far they’ve gone to make it feel like a true luxury 5-star experience.

The toilet is kinda small, the ac didn’t work well. It’d be better if the dining table is lager and not made by glass, the glass table is kinda degrading the overall interior design of the apartment. Or at least can cover it up with a piece of beautiful Italian tablecloth, also there was no placemats for plates. Overall it’s a decent property located in strategic area of Firenze, near to everything. Nothing to complain about.

位置：佛罗伦萨整体面积不大，酒店位于相对中心的位置，距离火车站，大教堂，老桥都不远。因为在小巷子里，所以还是比较安静的。
设施：説是酒店，其实就是民宿或者公寓，首次入住需要按门铃，管家会下来接。一层是车库和库房，住宿在二层。没有电梯，进出都要爬楼梯。酒店房间整体呈一个“口”字，中间是天井，有一些绿植点缀。周边一圈是走廊和房间，外加一个小二层，是个独立的小房间。据管家説，酒店所处的巷子和建筑，距今也有3、4百年了，也体现了老佛罗伦萨人的生活状态。酒店整体还是比较新的，风格偏向于洛可可，但没有那么富丽堂皇。酒店自带厨房和一些基本餐具，可以简单煮个麪什么的，对于吃不惯意大利菜的人来説很友好。
服务：因为公寓式，所以没有早餐，需要自己从便利店买或者早上去教堂附近的小店买。
环境：整体很不错，唯一有点不习惯的是，房间内香薰的味道有点重，导致我不得不在入住期间，把香薰的扩香棒都取了下来

住了三种房型，顶层套房，双人房，双卧房，
顶层套房是loft，顶层卧，下层厕所和梳化床。
双卧房是两大床+1梳化床，很大、五口人住没有问题
管家小哥很好很帅，checkin时拎大行李箱爬楼不费劲??
唯一的缺点是爬楼有点略高，本来欧洲老楼层高就高，一层相当于两层，住顶层套房那晚，我觉得得爬了7、8层才能进卧室。

服务的小哥很热情，是会为顾客着想的。房间也很乾净，美中不足就是没有电梯，需要自己搬行李到楼上。总体是推荐的

装修文艺，所处地理位置不错。但是酒店房间在公寓的三楼，每一层的层高很高，楼梯台阶又高，拎着大件行李上楼或者要是逛街逛累了，爬上三楼（估计跟国内的5楼差不多）绝对是痛苦的事情。我们那天带了2个大箱子，酒店的负责人之一帮我们拎了一件行李，我自己拎了一件，等爬上楼人已经不会动了。
