Check in was very easy, greated by David who gave us a map and some suggestions of places to visit and eat. We didn't eat at the recommended places but found some fantastic eateries such as Ristorante La Feluca and Ristorante Da Raffaele. Seafood and Steaks to die for, and never had better Tiramasu. The hotel is situated 1 minute walk from the Boat stop of San Samuele on the Number 2 Route and is only 5 minutes walk from Sant Angelo which is on the Orange route to and from the airport. The Hotel room, acessed via a door to the side of the hotel and up a 15th century set of stairs was large enough for a 4 night stay. The shower was snug but not an issue. It was very well prepared, clean and beautifully decorated. We did have a bit if an Ant infestation but completely nobodys fault. To their credit it was dealt within hours of reporting it and the Ants moved on. The hairdryer, in the room, did not work, but a standalone hairdryer was sourced and can't fault the speed of resolving this. It was our 25th wedding Anniversary and on returning in the afternoon we had flower petals on the bed and a lovely note. Thankyou! Room had a safe and pay for mini bar. Breakfast was a cold buffet, more than enough with Pastries, cold meats, eggs, juices, fruit, yoghurts and coffee, tea. Service and attention was perfect. David, Lia and the rest of the team were excellent, hotel in great location only minutes from the busier streets and squares, but quiet hotel. Thankyou for a wonderful stay.

A lovely boutique hotel close to the ferry. David and Leaha were fantastic hosts making sure we were comfortable and looked after. David was available to help me with an early check in for my son who was arriving before us and Leaha was so warm hearted and lovely making sure breakfast and our stay was perfect.

Such a great place to stay very nice people wonderful room excellent breakfast right in the center of everything but also off a little quiet street. I truly appreciate the hospitality and their kindness. I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Venice.

Holy cow this property and room was super amazing. We would stay here again in a minute. Breakfast was super!!! Service awesome. Clean and comfortable.
The only thing I could even remotely complain about is we were put in the annex. Which was an incredible room/suite- but 7-8 minute walk from where we thought we were going to be.

Very nice hotel, lovely interior decor and location is perfect for gondolas, river taxis and the Grand Canal
However, the hotel gets marked down as they attempted to charge us 40 euros for checking in ‘late’ ie after 9.30 even though this wasn’t stated in the terms and conditions on *******.
We were whatsapped by the hotel the day before arrival on this. After backwards and forwards, they folded and let us self check in. I’ve never heard of a hotel ever for a late check in fee. It’s not as if we were arriving in the middle of the night anyway, we landed at 22.30 on a Friday!
The hotels attempt at a justification was there would be no staff after 9.30
Secondly, the drainage system was very loud in our room and kept going off in the middle of the night which disturbed our sleep

What a wonderful place to stay! We were staying in the annex at San Maurizio which was less than a 10 minute walk to San Marco. The staff at the hotel were so helpful and friendly. We loved it! Would highly recommend.

The property was situated just off the Grand Canal. Conveniently located the 2nd stop via water taxi from the rail station. This 15th century building was one time a single residence. Appointed to the period and conveniently located to many Venice sites. David the manager did an amazing job at suggesting and making dinner reservations, booked a private city tour and directions to many sites. If we had questions he was reachable by the “What’s up” app.
Morning continental breakfast was delicious and served just off the lobby and in the outside court yard.
Definitely would stay on our next visit to this beautiful and amazing city. We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay during our Venice visit! Highly RECOMMEND!!

ロケーションはSanta Lucianaから徒歩と水上バスを使い30分。最寄りの水上バス方面は観光客が少なくて落ち着いている、逆侧のサンマルコ大圣堂侧にあるいていくと観光客が増える。サンマルコ大圣堂までは徒歩20分弱。
部屋は古くバスルームも新しくはない。
