More on the basic side but that is really all you need most staff were friendly and happy to give us any more supplies we needs (toilet paper etc) very easy to locate and the restaurant was really nice steak was cooked perfectly would be even better if they made cocktails to haha. Kitchenette in units could do with a stove or induction cooker of somewhat but otherwise pleasant visit

The camper van site here is really just the car park to the motel. There are some facilities available, but they are fairly basic, with a strange control for the showers outside the bathroom. The site is just off a major road so relatively noisy even at night, but there is a shared kitchen and the facilities are clean and working. There are two self-service laundries which work well. Driving into Wellington from here could be tricky, and parking a camper van in the city even more so. But there is a bus service from the end of the road right into the city centre, which was great and took around 20 minutes. We chose it because it seemed to be about the nearest site to the city and the location was OK. There's not too much more to recommend it.

This was a really good and useful location in Wellington especially if you have a car. The location was convenient and the service and helpfulness of the staff was amazing. Would stay here again.

I love the spa pool and separate upstairs bedroom. The outlook is lovely as well. Just needs a bit of paint and update the kitchen

Don’t be fooled by the 4 star rating.
Place is long over due for a make over. Poor maintenance and cleaning, hand marks on mirror, dust build up on pedestal fan blades, around light switches and heater. Could go on but that’s enough to put you off. Reception needs to learn a bit about how to receive their customers. First impressions at arrival from reception was very poor and seemed like that just wanted to hurry up and get my money. Probably before I could see the room and cancel. Tip - ask to see the room before paying. Wouldn’t stay here again. Star rating must have been from 20 years ago, it was probably quite nice back then.

The location is convenient, close to the motorway. Too close to the motorway when you have the windows open.
Run down, no air conditioning, one fan. Hot plates in Room M don’t work, no stove.
Probs won’t stay again.
