Stay two nights at the accom. Location is just beside a waterboat station within walking distance. Walking about 10 mins from train station. There is only one way in and through a narrow alley. There is a great restaurant just outside that offers great food! Armeties wise, the water pressure is good and heating rack works really well, warming up the toilet. The cubicle for showering is rather small though. Note that there is not elevator so need to carry luggages up one floor.

Uma das melhores experiências que já tivemos em um hotel. Desde o início, quando estávamos preocupados com nosso horário de chegada, eles foram extremamente solícitos e prestativos. Ficamos muito impressionados porque, na mensagem em que encaminhamos no dia da nossa reserva mencionando os nossos horários, eles anotaram tudo e, no momento do check-in, lembraram que no dia que iríamos embora, sairíamos antes do horário do café da manh?, e já sugeriram providenciar algo especial para nós. O hotel é muito bem localizado, perfeito para ir da esta??o até o hotel com as malas. O quarto estava impecável: limpo, organizado, espa?oso e muito completo. O café da manh? também foi perfeito. Muitas op??es e a menina responsável pelo café da manh?, muito ágil, atenciosa e simpática. Destaque absoluto para Francesca, que nos recebeu de forma excepcional, sinceramente, uma das melhores recep??es que já tive em qualquer hotel. Ela explicou tudo sobre a cidade, nos acompanhou até o quarto, mostrou cada detalhe, foi atenciosa o tempo todo e ainda nos recomendou excelentes restaurantes. No dia do checkout, fez quest?o de garantir que teríamos nosso café da manh? para a viagem, e a equipe da cozinha preparou tudo com carinho em pequenas sacolas para levarmos. Valeu muito a pena. 1000 de 10! Recomendamos demais!

The facilities were fantastic. Location was super convenient. Staff was beyond polite, personable, thoughtful and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. I would go back w me eyes closed.

Did Not Disappoint Incredible budget-friendly hotel that did not disappoint. The rooms were spacious and more importantly, very clean. The staff was attentive and courteous. Very close to major sites and very quiet on the property. I’d much rather stay here and save hundreds or thousands of euros than some of the bigger name brand places that don’t really provide extra value.

El lugar es muy bonito, impecable, buen tama?o. Desafortunadamente tuve una pésima experiencia a la llegada, avisé de acuerdo a sus instrucciones que llegaría tarde y creo que por error me mandaron el correo vacío. El problema es que sin instrucciones tuve que tocar a la puerta y llamar por teléfono para que alguien me abriera y me contestó un se?or muy grosero, gritándome a mí y a mi familia que debíamos seguir las instrucciones. Al final me abrió y me aventó prácticamente la llave y una hoja con las instrucciones que no recibí antes. De verdad fue muy grosero y arruinó mi experiencia completa en el lugar a pesar que las se?oritas que están presentes durante el día son muy amables.

Atendimento já recep??o muito gentil e atencioso. Logo fomos recebidos e tivemos todas as informa??es do recepcionista de forma clara e muito educada. O quarto é muito bom, assim como a localiza??o do hotel, perto da esta??o de trem, da para ir a pé e perto de alguns pontos de vaporetto.

Habitación confortable, lugares cercanos para visitar. Nos tocó lluvia en la tarde, pero por la ma?ana increible vistas y gente con vestimenta alusiva al carnaval.
