Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, very quiet. Food was very good. Great value with the "free breakfast" offer. Will return.

This hotel was very modern, when we arrived the service was amazing, the staff were super helpful. The rooms were so spacious so perfect for two girls who came for a concert! Couldn’t fault it and highly recommend.

I arrived at the hotel, after a 5 hour drive from Leeds, at 2:15pm. When asked if my room was ready, i was abruptly informed by a memeber of staff (at reception) that check in was at 3pm or otherwise I had to pay ￡15 for early check-in! 45 mins early and she couldn't be bothered checking....just kept saying that it was company policy. So i wanted 45 mins in reception so I could check in. I have been coming to this hotel for nearly 10 years and I have never felt so unwelcome before. The check-in machines weren't working so that was another effort on her behalf. The room was the smallest one I have every stayed in. The shower was broke, the handwash was empty, the body wash bottle in the shower must have been filled with water cause it didnt smell or laver? The corridors smelt moldy and dirty and the breakfast had very limited choice. Overall..I will not be returning here again. Clearly this hotel is cutting costs with staff, food, product etc

This hotel was really affordable considering we stayed Easter weekend. The location is a great base. The decor is fantastic, the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The food and drink prices are brilliant. Free parking, little touches here and there that made the stay great were a little station near to the room entrance that had irons, ironing boards, tea, coffee and milk pods which saved you having to chase a staff member for. Vending machine with sweet treats and shops close by. The check is quite easy, but we were helped by Leanne, who was great. The downside is the breakfast service, although the food is of good quality and a great price, if you want a standard breakfast the queuing is not really what you want at the start of the day. If you love poached eggs, here's where we had an issue on both mornings luckily a wonderful member of the staff called Lucy saved the first morning by noticing I wasn't happy with the wait time and attitude of the chef. I have to give Lucy 5 stars she really cared about the customers. Unfortunately when I experienced the same issue the second morning the attitude of the chef and the poor customer service I received from the manager couldn't save the second day. This should have been a 5 star review but to start both my mornings on the trip this way really did disappoint

Het hotel is heel netjes, helaas was de airco op de kamer defect, ramen kunnen niet open. De zon staat de hele dag op die kamer en had men de gordijnen ook open gelaten. De temperatuur in de kamer was dus niet te harden en helpt niet voor een goede nachtrust. Helaas was er ook geen andere kamer mogelijk, hoewel het hotel zo te zie niet vol zat.
Om deze reden ben ik onte vreden over de service en facititeiten.
