The staff was outstanding ! Davide and Romano and the entire staff made our stay comfortable, relaxing and they provided great advice on the key points of Venice !

Very nice bed and breakfast with an old traditional Venusian feel. In walking distance from Rialto bridge and St. Mark’s Square. Would definitely recommend staying here while in Venice.

Staff were very courteous and friendly, and breakfast was amazing. Bed was very comfortable and room was very clean. Highly recommend.

The room and shared bathroom were clean. Friendly staff. The breakfast was the best of the best! I loved the tiramisu and all the other food!

Easy check in, lovely attentive staff, good size room, lovely decor, nice modern bathroom, tasty breakfast, also let us leave our bags before the next leg of our journey which is super handy not having to carry them about. Thank you for our stay

This place will make your mind a happy place Fantastic place! Great breakfast made by them. If you can, please take the time to enjoy the breakfast and stay at least two nights. Very friendly and committed staff.

The location is about a 15 minute walk from the train station, so be prepared to carry your luggage across a bridge and a few staircases. That said, the area felt very safe especially for a solo traveler like me. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and Davide was very accommodating. The breakfast buffet was simple but good. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this place

Colazione super! Io, mio marito e mio figlio siamo stati in questa struttura una sola notte in occasione di una mini vacanza a Venezia e ci siamo trovati bene: la stanza era comoda per 3 persone, pulita, letto e cuscini comodi. C'erano anche il bollitore con te e tisane varie, più 2 bottiglie d'acqua di cortesia. Insomma, tutte quelle piccole attenzioni che rendono più piacevole un soggiorno. Ma, a mio avviso, il vero punto di forza della struttura è la colazione: non a buffet, per evitare sprechi, ma su ordinazione. C'era davvero ogni ben di Dio e tutto era fresco, con dolci preparati in casa (tiramisù buonissimo!), brioches che sembravano di pasticceria e crema pasticceria preparata da loro. Avremmo assaggiato tutto!!! Proprietari disponibili e gentili. Complimenti!

La résidence est dans une petite ruelle très tranquille. à proximité de tout à pied et de la station de transport. La chambre était spacieuse et confortable . Le petit déjeuner inclus est un vrai plus. On est servi à table . La famille de Davide est très sympa. On recommande vivement . On reviendra.
