Thank you for your review, I’m sorry you felt I was being rude. I am the owner and remember you asking about another room. I definitely didn’t mean to be rude when I was explaining that there were no other rooms available and that there only is one twin room which you had booked. I was fully booked and had simply forgotten to change the sign around, if there were other rooms available I would certainly of told you about them. When you asked how to work the shower I was in the middle of cooking breakfast so I was trying to give your directions quickly so I wouldn’t burn someone’s breakfast but I did not think I was being rude or abrupt. I explained that you needed to pull the string in the bathroom for the shower to work and mentioned that it is on the information sheet in the bedroom so you knew that the instructions were available even if you hadn’t noticed them. I always try to be clear and precise when giving instructions or directions so I don’t confused guests further and I’m very sorry if you thought I was being rude. I hope you enjoyed your visit to the giants causeway.
