Dit hotel mag dan de sfeer van een internaat uitstralen (wat het ook geweest is) en niet de grote luxe hebben, het is goed en vooral ook rustig gelegen. Onze kamer was ruim, met goede bedden, degelijk en proper sanitair (eigen badkamer). Ook het ontbijt was zeer degelijk. Een goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding in het dure Veneti?. Een aanrader dus. Bij volgend bezoek aan Veneti? kom ik hier terug.

Appartamento molto carino e funzionale, pulito e profumato. La Signora Anna gentilissima e veramente molto disponibile, ci ha fatto sentire a casa!!!! Ubicato in una zona molto centrale, vicino ai vaporetti e a pochi minuti da Piazza San Marco . In omaggio una bottiglia di prosecco !!

Ich war nun schon viele Male in der Casa Accademia zu Gast, und bin immer wieder sehr zufrieden. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist zweckm??ig, alles N?tige ist vorhanden, die Sauberkeit ist tadellos. Das Frühstück ist für venezianische Verh?ltnisse sehr vielf?ltig und abwechslungsreich, von sü? bis pikant ist alles vorhanden. Die Mitarbeitenden sind stets sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich komme immer wieder sehr gerne hierher - ein gro?es Dankesch?n an das gesamte Team!

Ottima posizione, hotel pulitissimo con letti comodi e bollitore in stanza. Colazione gustosa, varia ed abbondante. Terrazza panoramica stupenda e rilassante. Personale professionale, disponibile e gentilissimo. Assolutamente da ritornare

Perfect location within walking distance to many shops and restaurants, plus the boat bus and taxi stops are only a five minute walk away. Lovely reception staff who were very helpful. One star less due to cleanliness of hotel and the pillow case not being clean / stained upon arrival. A wee freshen up in the hotel seems needed and then it would be fab!

Stayed for 9 nights - a very safe and friendly place in a great location between the Guggenheim and Accademia. The staff were fantastic, great views from the roof terrace, functioning aircon in the room. Great base for exploring the city. Highly recommended.

Mensch, hatte ich ein Glück! Weil wegen Corona waren kaum G?ste da (natürlich ist das schlecht fürs Hostel) aber so hatte ich immer eine ruhige Nacht (es ist hellh?rig und im Hof mit dem Spielplatz war auch nie was los). Das Zimmer war voll Hostelstyle. Ein schmales Bett, ein Stuhl, ein Tisch, ein Schank, ein Regal, ein Wasserkocher, ein F?hn (auf Anfrage) und jede Menge Steckdosen und Apapter. Was braucht der/die Reisende mehr? Die famose Dachterrasse konnte ich auch genie?en und überhaupt: Venedig war ein Traum (natürlich wegen Corona sonst w?r ich da nie hingefahren). Das Personal war nicht überfordert und entsprechend freundlich.

Great location. Quiet neighborhood. Room was not too big, but clean, a nice bathroom and a good view. Outdoor courtyard. Satisfying breakfast for 8 euros each. Able to leave bags after checking out in order to continue sightseeing. Great place! Highly recommend.

Unbeatable location and all the facilities we needed for our first visit to Venice. The rooms were comfortable with the essential air conditioning and the breakfast was sufficient to set us up for the day. All major tourist attractions were in easy walking distance or close to the vaporetto.
