If you allow us, we would be happy to break down your comments: first of all, we understand that your opinion of the room and the bed is a personal perspective, but our staff gave you exactly the room you booked. The characteristics of the spaces, amenities, absence of an elevator, and lack of air conditioning are communicated to all our guests even before they book, and we constantly keep those who book with us informed so that they can evaluate for themselves whether we are the ideal option for their stay. Second point: for our team, the safety and comfort of our guests is paramount. We were completely unaware that your smoke detector was in this condition. However, you did not mention anything to us during your stay, and you did not request cleaning on any day, so our staff had no way of knowing about this malfunction in order to fix it. Third point: we regret that you have this perspective of our breakfast. Although we use the freshest ingredients, we understand that it may not have been very appealing to you, and all our guests are free to decide whether they want to eat our breakfast or not. Finally, as we mentioned when you checked out, we will explain it again: the “breakfast included” is not something that has an extra cost in the rate. Depending on the profile on platforms (such as *******), breakfast may be offered as a courtesy, which does not entail an additional expense for our guests, and is an exclusive and non-transferable benefit of the reservation in question. In your case, as you mentioned, one of your reservations did not include this courtesy, and it was the room that ordered breakfast. Unfortunately, as we have already mentioned, the benefits of a reservation are non-transferable, so we kindly ask for your understanding.
