Somethink very special is a homemade jams you’ll want to smuggle home in your suitcase (peach-cinnamon, white cherry with mint), everything is homemade, heartfelt, and utterly original. You’ll find yourself lingering — in taste, in conversation, in the moment. Every centimeter of this hidden gem reflects the hosts’ deep affection and imagination, from the handpicked linens to the garden corners that seem to whisper poetry. ... And then there’s a banch — designed like a piano keyboard, which feels like it selects classics (for example, a Mozart 40th symphony) the moment you sit down :-) Yes, really! What sets Casa de Khasia apart is the warmth that flows effortlessly. The hospitality isn’t scripted — it’s real, quiet, and impressable! The people — the kind, attentive hosts — who transform your stay into something unforgettable. Their hospitality doesn’t shout; it listens, it welcomes, it stays with you. Amazing guesthouse! House, garden, rooms and everything are well equipped and beautiful. You can pick mint in the garden and make tea from it. Rusudan and Gia are wonderful hosts... They have unique wines and chaca. Breakfast is very tasty. I love this place...

This hotel has huge rooms and bathrooms and is perfect for longer visits in zugdidi and closer regions. House, garden, rooms and everything are well equipped and beautiful, the breakfast ist amazing, the owners are kind, courteous and lovely people and last but not least, you will need only 10 min per feet to the city center of zugdidi. I am sure you want find a better place to stay.

Amazing guesthouse! Rusudan and Gia are wonderful hosts. My room was comfortable and clean, with a small balcony overlooking the lush garden. As a solo traveler, I felt very safe staying here. Each morning Rusudan made a delicious (and huge breakfast). The guesthouse is located on a quiet residential street, a few minutes walk to the main boulevard and 15 minutes walk to Dadiani Palace and the Botanical Gardens. I highly recommend Casa de Khasia to anyone planning to stay in Zugdidi.

Look, Casa De Khasia is a lovely place and you get a hearty welcome from your hosts. The room is large, with wallpaper taking you back to 1970 and paintings to match. I thought the bed was horribly saggy and could do with a new mattress. Large bathroom with shower. There is no TV, no water, no glass for drinking. I suppose there are some communal areas, but I never used them. As other guests have written on TA, breakfast is sensational with an enormous, delicious spread in a nice room. Casa De Khasia does a perfect job as a guesthouse and the owners bend over backwards to please. The problem is me : I just don't feel comfortable in other people's house and much prefer the independence of a hotel.
