Cute, clean place, great proximity, just 60 seconds to the ocean…. Responsive Owner. We had a great stay and would highly recommend it.

Good it’s quiet and close to the beach so that’s awesome landlord was easy to deal with so the next time we are renting, we are gonna rent from this landlord. Also, we have a grill outside around the back so that was awesome as well. You can grill and chill.

Leider mittlerweile total heruntergekommen. Dringend eine Renovierung n?tig. Vor allem die Klimaanlage ist schon von innen ganz schwarz und gibt kaum kalte Luft mehr ab. Badezimmer sind auch eine Katastrophe was die Sauberkeit angeht. Einige Fliesen sind auch schon wackelig im Wohnzimmer und haben Risse. Sauberkeit insgesamt l?sst leider zu wünschen übrig. Schade, die Lage ist ideal, wenn man mal davon absieht, dass das Wasser vor den Apartments oft sehr hoch steht.

Lovely apartment with everything you need for the beach and everyday cooking. It is not newly renovated. Some things needs a bit of repair such as the kitchen sink garbage disposal unit (which started leaking while we stayed there) and the faulty recessed light in the shower of the master’s bathroom. Other than that, it is really nice. The big courtyard with the BBQ, seatings and the cute waterfall is really nice. Beds are huge but their confort is ok. About a 2 minutes walk to the beach and broadwalk. The apartment is not located near the crowded hotels and restaurants on the broadwalk so it is very peaceful but still a walkable distance to everything. We recommend!

The premises were inviting and clean. Every staff person we met was friendly and helpful. Coffee and danishes in the mornings were sufficient. (Our only concern was security. There is a side door to the street that we passed frequently to get to the beach, and twice we found it open/unlocked). The free trolley was very convenient in getting around!

Excelente ubicación, lindos , equipados , limpios , buena anfitriona , nos resultó muy buena elección y volveremos ?? Cerca de todo, a pasos de la playa, con sillas , sombrilla , toallas de playa , muy cómodo para nuestras vacaciones , muchas gracias !!!

Lovely small apartment so close to the quiet end of the beach! Which we loved! The unit was very clean and appropriately stocked. Enjoyed the courtyard for morning coffee and relaxing. Appreciated the beach chairs and umbrellas! Would highly recommend.

Motel unit is very nice, very clean and fully equipped. Very close to the beach and the board walk or renting bicycles. Restaurants and stores are also close by and easily accessible by walk. Looking forward to come back soon.

Awesome stay, a lovely location, it is amazing, and the host is very accommodating! The room came stocked with everything you need to vacation and a day at the beach! Highly recommend this boutique hotel!
