Dear guests, we are so sorry and we apologise for all the inconveniences occurred during your stay with us. As far as the early departure issue is concerned, unfortunately, due to the very bad weather of that night, there was a technical issue with the electricity of the main gate, which prevented the button from working. Since it was so early, we were not on the property yet and we had not been notified about the issue. We found out about it in the morning. However, all our guests have our phone number, and also the owner’s number, for emergencies such as this one, which was not used to avoid climbing over the fence. We are always there to help our guests should anything occur and should they need us. We are glad you were fine and nothing serious happened to you. Kindest regards

Dear Guest, thank you for your review. We are deeply sorry you did not have the best experience staying with us. However, we would like to point out that we display our location, by means of a link redirecting to its google maps location, both at the time of the reservation, in our confirmation message, and in the message that we send several days before the check-in. The Amalfi Coast area is not flat, and it is not unusual to have to walk uphill, downhill, or to have stairs to climb. Regarding the shuttle to the bus stop, unfortunately, that is not a service that we offer in our structure, which is a B&B, not a hotel. The shuttle taking our Guests to Gli Ulivi restaurant, is a service offered by the restaurant and it is only available for lunch and dinner time. If our guests wish to take a taxi to the city centre, we call a transfer company which gives us its fixed prices. As far as the breakfast is concerned, we are sorry that it could not meet your needs. We have simple and fresh products which can accommodate the majority’s taste. At the moment of the check-in, we kindly ask our Guests to fill in a breakfast form, so that they are able customise their breakfast to their own likings. We usually ask to our Guests staying more than one night if they would like to change something for the next day’s breakfast. This also allows them to vary their breakfast day by day. Of course, we will take this as an opportunity of growth, and we will try to improve our service as much as we can. Thank you and best regards
