Perfect stay in the heart of the old city of Ohrid. Clean and spacious rooms, Nikola is extremely kind and helpful all the time, he really made our stay amazing. Rooms are clean and spacious, view is amazing, Villa is elegantly decorated. Loo no further

Amazing host (Nikola): super responsive, helpful and quick to assist. Superb location in the old town with an incredible view – the photos perhaps don’t do it justice! The property is exactly as described. The bed was comfy (some visitors may find it a bit hard), there are two small settees for lounging around, and overall it was super quiet! (even on a Friday night with the bars and clubs nearby (we could hardly hear any of it)) Super hot water in the shower/bathroom, with good pressure. Note the upper room where we stayed (the Piano Room) has very steep stairs leading up to it, which may be challenging with heavy luggage or for those with mobility issues. Note also the bathroom needs some work (we did tell Nikola about this during check-out, so it may be fixed by now!): the shower is small and very run down (for example, the rain shower head only dribbled out, the handheld shower head didn’t move, the doors don’t slide properly, and the drain clogged). Cleanliness also left a little to be desired: the entire apartment was a tad dusty and it wasn’t very clean under the bed or other furniture.

We stayed at a big room had a balcony with a view but except the beautiful Ohrid lake view there was nothing as seen in the pictures. Our bed was very uncomfortable and squeaky. The fridge was old and small, wooden furnitures had dusts on them. Connection between landlords was very weak and problematic. Because when we asked for anything, they were making excuses instead of trying to solve problems. If we had seen the old comments about the ongoing problems earlier, we wouldn't have chosen this place. Not recommend.

I was glad that I choose the Germanoff villa. Everything was wonderful and I had a great time. The host was so polite and helpfull with everything that I was amazed. I was on the roof and the view towards the lake was breath taking. I definetly recommend it ??????????
