Thank you for your review, we will take in consideration the remark about the hotel and restaurant disconnects, but I feel it is a little mean to give 6 out of 10 only because you chose a room facing the square (where there are pubs and concerts), on a summer weekend, only to call it noisy afterwards. It is also mean to say "the so called reception" given the fact we announce everyone we have a limited reception and whenever someone called the phone number, I answered.
