Customer service from Bernard was amazing. He was able to accomodate our early arrival with a smile on his face! We had one of the river view units which had amazing views and plenty of room to move around. They have made wonderful use of the building to fit so much in. It was also nice to have some drinks available in the refrigerator. Even though the area is very hilly this location was perfect for everything that we wanted to see. We were also able to enjoy the little cafe/store which is right next door.
Amazing Lisbon stay!
We traveled all over Europe with our family and this was our favorite place to stay.! Bernardo was so helpful from making sure I knew how to use the key, accommodating us when we arrived a little bit early, and being on top of every need we had, the moment we asked for anything. It was in an amazing place in Lisbon, with a little view of the water and in the middle of a bustling area that you could spend days walking around. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and kept so clean. We would definitely come back!
