Just spent 2 weeks at this wonderful place. Basic but adequate. Clean, friendly staff and good food ??. Will certainly be back

Perfect location for relaxation and recuperation. Clean, friendly, big accommodation with fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. Staff always on hand to help/serve. Breakfasts were fresh and tasty. Lots to choose from. Eggs cooked while you waited. Lots of variety of breads, cereals, drinks, fresh juices. A walk to the louder/livelier ***** and harbour but need to get a taxi back if the weather is too warm as it's uphill. We had a massage by Kristin and she was a true professional, attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. Prices for drinks were reasonable too. Would definitely go again.

I was very disappointed with my stay. ?? Several of the staff were lovely, but there were a few things which negatively affected my experience: 1.my friend had asked for a room next to me but she was placed far away on a dark lit pathway. 2.inbetween us there were many rooms empty it felt like a ghost town and scary walking at night. 3.at night no staff could be seen anywhere, when there was a power cut at midnight there was noone around at all. For a lone female traveller this wasn't good enough. 3. At the bar there wasn't any big bottles of water one day, the shops where at least 15 mins walk away. 4. The sachets of teas and coffees were never replaced when I attempted to get some more from the restaurant I was told off. 5. This morning when we left at 7.45 am breakfast was all out we had paid for the day, but we were not allowed to get anything to eat not even a croissant 6. It felt uncomfortable even helping myself to a coffee being watched 7. The evening bar closed at different times and twice we missed it. 8. I wasn't allowed to have a coffee on my sunlounger which I had never experienced before. This was supposed to be and advertised as a healing trip but it felt as though as soon as you checked in you were abandoned. I had emailed the hotel before my stay to say that this was what I was coming for as had some family trauma and bereavement.

Nice place to stay. Lovely breakfast each morning. Just to far out of town with a very steep hill. Not a easy walk back up suggest getting a taxi back. Staff were really pleasant and helpful, lady on the desk alot not sure of her I think maybe Benke, she was amazing.

A lovely tranquil location just a 15minute walk downhill to the Old Town (takes a bit longer back uphill). The accommodation is extremely clean and our room was set up as a twin, with a fridge, kettle and desk. The bathroom was fitted for people with disabilities which meant a lot of water on the floor after showering. It was difficult to then not walk water back through the bedroom. This was a minor niggle. Breakfast was included in stay and a huge selection was on offer. The only complaint would be that the hot breakfast was not particularly hot, although the staff are aware of this and hope that this will be rectified following their upcoming refurb. The staff we encountered were all lovely and the grounds are very well maintained. I would definitely recommend staying here.????????

Lovely welcome on arrival, all staff super pleasant. The room was basic but really clean and our balcony was a great plus and was private. The pool was so nice and warm. Breakfast choices were fantastic. We also ate lunch at the pool bar and that was really nice too. If I were to make a suggestion it would be to put a small mirror on the desk in the room as the floor remains wet in bathroom so you have to stand on wet floor to do hair or make up. (Not moaning just a suggestion) we would definitely return and possibly have some treatments next time. Thank you Casas Heddy ??

I'm in a wheelchair as I have multiple sclerosis stop. I choose this resort because it is highly recommended for people with mobility issues. It's in a quiet location, not for party goers. But it was brilliant. Accessible chalets, pool with a ramp, and fab staff. I highly recommend Marianne the physio. I'll be back as soon as possible!

I'll start with the positives Staff are very friendly and helpful Hotel grounds/reception immaculate Pool heated large Quiet and tranquil 10 mins or so walk into old town, I didn't think walk back was too bad, but that depends on your mobility. Now the not so positives Room 2.5 star tops very very basic We stayed other side of lanzorote same time last year, and our 3 star hotel knocked spots off this one. For the same dates and price. At Breakfast cold food, newly replenished beans and mushrooms were cold. Those heat lamps do not keep the food items hot!! Please please Casas Heddy get a microwave. Heard a few people at breakfast moan about their food being cold.
