We had the pleasure of dining at Casa Veintiuno during our recent trip to the Dominican Republic, and it was nothing short of exceptional. Out of our 7-night stay, we chose to eat here three times and each experience somehow managed to top the last. From the moment we arrived, the service stood out as truly outstanding. The staff was incredibly attentive, and the owners went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Their warmth and hospitality added such a personal touch to every visit. The ambiance of the restaurant is simple, elegant, and intimate - perfect for a relaxed and romantic evening. Each dish we tried was beautifully presented, creative, and absolutely delicious. It’s clear that a lot of thought and passion goes into everything they serve. Casa Veintiuno is a must-visit for anyone looking for an unforgettable dining experience in a charming and intimate setting. We can’t recommend it highly enough!

Casa Veintiuno is our #1 favorite place in the Dominican Republic. We can't recommend it enough. It provides specialized relaxing service with absolutely amazing food and private and tranquil accommodations. Saskia and Marc are the ultimate hosts and make sure their guests are taken care of and happy. We have traveled all over the DR and the north coast is one of our favorites. There are beautiful beaches with no seaweed to deal with, there are several unique beach side towns, as well as many adventure and cultural things to see and do. But our personal favorite is coming back to Casa Veiniuno after the day at the nearby beach and enjoying a delicious cocktail by the relaxing pool, followed by an amazing dinner at their restaurant in the evening!

We had a wonderful stay with Saskia and Marc. Very friendly people (as well as their staff). The room was very spacious and well equipped. We would love to come back. Highly recommended.

I went with my parents to have a break from the busy life we live. We love a private, home-feeling and peaceful environment. This is exactly what we expected AND experienced when staying 3 nights at Casa Veintiuno. The hosts are friendly, making sure you have the best time and around the hotel you can go for a walk on the beach (5min walking distance), you have the town of Sosua closeby and within 35min you're in Puerto Plata to visit the historical city. You don't need more, it was PERFECT. We will come back soon!

We didn't know what to expect at Casa Veintiuno. But we were very pleasantly surprised. The room was spacious and sparkling clean. The hosts were attentive to any need we had. Their hospitality is off the chart.

Casa 21 is like no other place we’ve lived at-it’s the most personable and memorable stay ever. Before we even got to the place, there were so many details shared regarding our stay. From the minute we entered, Saskia and Marc made sure that we had everything we needed to ensure that our stay was comfortable. We had early morning excursions on some days and Saskia and Marc insisted on accommodating us by serving breakfast well before the restaurant’s opening time, so that we were not hungry and tired during the day. The food and cocktails were very fresh and we had most of our meals at Casa21. They even paid attention to my allergies and asked us about our dietary requirements well before we arrived. We could see that the room had lots of attention to detail, from the bath robes and flip flops to the body products and sustainable sanitary disposable bags. They also have two very friendly and adorable dogs. We were here on our engagement trip and had the best time. We look forward to returning back down the line just so we can experience casa21 once again. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a place with happy vibes with excellent food and hosts!

Our stay at Casa Vientiuno was the highlight of our visit to the area. The suites are beautiful, well appointed, and exceeded expectations in every way. With just 3 suites on the property, it felt intimate and peaceful. Every detail of the stay was taken care of with personal and attentive service from Saskia, Marc, and their amazing staff. The breakfasts were quickly tailored to suit everyone's taste and morning mood. Then onward to refreshments by the pool. After dining in the restaurant the first evening, we couldn't think of anywhere else we would rather want to eat, so we took all of our evening meals there. Why venture from the best restaurant in town ? A table is always reserved for hotel guests, whether alone or entertaining a group of friends. We wished for a longer stay so we could sample more of the menu ! Every dish was masterfully created and presented, served with care and attention to detail. Casa Vientiuno is an Oasis in a sea of mediocracy !

We have just spent 6 nights at the wonderful Casa Veintiuno. Our hosts Saskia and Marc along with their team ensured we had a very relaxing stay at this charming boutique hotel, located a short walk from the beach and the town. The accommodation is spotlessly clean and very comfortable with a lovely pool surrounded by manicured gardens and a very tastefully decorated dining area where we enjoyed an extensive breakfast every morning with freshly prepared juice and great coffee. Dinner was absolutely beautiful and the restaurant is totally deserving of its reputation for having the best food in Sosúa. Saskia and Marc’s two dogs add to the homely, welcoming atmosphere and met us every morning when we came to breakfast. From the moment we came through the white gate of this amazing place Saskia and Marc have showed us that their absolute priority is the comfort of their guests and we would wholeheartedly recommend Casa Veintiuna to anybody visiting Sosua.

Een aangenaam en rustig hotel. Nette, gezellige kamers. Een heel fijn onthaal en bediening. De keuken was was heel lekker met steeds verse produkten. Was er niet de eerste keer en hoop zeker terug te gaan.
