Room was clean and modern, the bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve had in a hotel. The staff were really nice and even able to check me in when I turned up to drop my luggage just after 11am.
The property is right in the middle of where you want to be in Palermo.
I cannot recommend highly enough.

Nice but needs better upkeep
Very good service from staff but our shower was broken and please note this is a pensione style b&b without a reception in a larger apartment building.

Room, balcony, service and air conditioner were nice and location was center. Because of the center location there was little bit noises in the night.

Super placering i Palermo. Meget basale v?relser men generelt ok og fik aircondition Og helt perfekt hvis du vil bo i centrum!
Men minuser er der ogs?. Der er elendig lydisolering s? du kan f?lge festen i gaden hele aftenen. Gardiner er d?rlige og kan ikke lukkes helt til - og de sk?rmer ikke for lyset fra gadelampen lige udenfor - s? v?relserne er meget lyse ogs? om natten. Og altanen kunne ikke bruge da d?rene p? vores to v?relser ikke virkede.

Staff, accommodation and cleanliness were superb. The location was convenient to the historic center. If you are driving your own vehicle, as we did, the restrictions for pedestrian traffic make it difficult to navigate your car. The staff was very helpful in guiding us. Valet parking. No breakfast available, but a cafe across the street.

Tanto potenziale ma tanti limiti
Una struttura molto basic, con tanto potenziale ma che soffre di diversi limiti. In particolare non serve più la colazione e l'ho scoperto solo al check-in, diversamente da quanto indicato in fase di prenotazione. Camere poco o nulla insonorizzate e in diverse occasioni senza disponibilità di acqua calda sanitaria.
