Stayed two nights here. Great location for seeing the sights of Vi?a del Mar and also getting buses into Valparaiso and the bus station to Santiago. Very quiet and safe neighbourhood. Not really a castle and definitely not medieval but a very nice building with bedrooms separate to the main area. Lovely gardens to relax in at night and use of the restaurant microwave/crockery etc. Staff were very pleasant and we LOVED Martina, the cat. A fun place with a pull bell to get in and also clothes to dress up in if you want a giggle. The ‘medieval’ piped music was also a nice touch. Breakfast is semi outside and with a nice choice of mainly cold food. WiFi was also good as was a/c. Really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this oasis of tranquility.

Ambientación y espacios comunes del hotel espectaculares, muchos lugares para sacarse fotos y música acorde, buen desayuno tambien. La habitación dejaba mucho que desear, oscura, húmeda y ruido del goteo del aire acondicionado, se sentían resortes en el colchón
