Personale professionale e cortese, ubicazione centralissima, molto pulito. La posizione dell’hotel permette di spostarsi tranquillamente a piedi ovunque. Tutto era funzionante. Rapporto qualità prezzo, ottimo!

Если вы хотите погулять по старому городу - это лучший отель по местоположению и соотношению цена и качество. Дом старинный, нужно это учитывать, полы скрипят, слышимость высокая, из-за стройки рядом и шума с 7 утра, выспаться невозможно, но расположение и сервис превосходны! Есть халаты, тапочки. В мини салоне на 2-м этаже бесплатная вода, чайника и кофе. Вместе с тем, если вы бронируйте эконом номер, нужно учитывать, что он без полноценного окна (только фрамуга и стеклянный потолок), из-за этого высокая влажность и есть мелкие насекомые ( которые любят влагу), на постельном белье были пятна и врлосы, запах сыросии удалился очиститель воздуха и кондиционером.

What a superb location in the middle of a historic City. Really clean, daily maintenance and very supportive and responsive customer service. Outstanding and great value. I cannot recommend it high enough.

From the minute we arrived the staff were absolutely 100%. The building is quirky but spotlessly clean. Bed was huge and extremely comfortable and the continental breakfast served in our room was beautiful . Highly recommend this hotel. Its location is excellent

We had a great time in this charming, well located hotel. The people - Chris, Meri and Alicia were exceptionally helpful, friendly and effecient. They all speak excellent English plus a range of other languages. They gave us recomendaciones for lunch, drinks and coffee shops. They definately exceded our expectations. The hotel is beautiful - full of original features but also modern and elegant. The huge bed was superb and we slept well despite the street being noisy. The breakfast was suprisngly good with fresh Orange juice, good coffee, toast, tomato, oil and jamón, crossants, butter and jam. And of course the hotel is in the middle of Valencia - one of Spain’s most beautiful and fascinating cities. We loved our stay. Thank you all very much for the warmest welcome, interesting parking, responsive communication and all round professionalism.
