had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. ? The staff at the reception were rude and unhelpful. ? Nobody assisted us with our luggage upon arrival. ? The first room we were given had a leaking ceiling. We were then moved to a triple room even though we had already paid for a quadruple room, and the hotel never refunded the price difference. ? The bathroom ceiling in the second room was also leaking and damaged. ? The next day, we were moved again to a quadruple room, but that room also had water leaking from the ceiling. The constant dripping noise made it impossible to sleep all night. ? To make things worse, when moving us to another room, the staff even asked if we had taken the blankets and pillows from the previous room, which was very unprofessional and offensive. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. I do not recommend this place to anyone until they fix their maintenance issues and improve their staff’s attitude.
Location is good . But the service and hotel its self is very bad . First of all there was no ventilation and air conditioners in corridors . Room had a very interesting smell and we tried to cover the smell with the poor working air conditioner . From my personal experience i will never stay in this hotel .
L'h?tel est situé au centre ville de trabson chambre trés simple vue partielle sur mer. il peut pas être un h?tel 4 étoiles. Petit déjeuner pauvre. Pas de serviette de bain mais il reste toujours un h?tel qui a l'accès facile pour les moyens de transport pour visiter le centre de trabzon station de taxi juste à c?té pour aller à l'aéroport .le corniche juste en face là où vous trouver des cafés des restaurants
My room was spacious and faced the street. My bed was comfortable, I had plenty of hot water for showers, and the buffet breakfast consisted of several and delicious Turkish dishes. The hotel is also a short walk to the beach.

Odalar?n ambiyansi ve ikramlar? be?endim. Karadenize kadar gelip odada ?ay ikramini g?rmemek olmazdi. Maraton i?in gelecekler i?inde olm tercih buras? olmali. Starta yak?n, ?ar??ya yak?n, turistik mekanlar ve yerlere yak?n en ?nemlisi sahilin dibinde. ***et güzel ve ba?ar?l? bir otel. Be?endim.
Hotel location is great. Cleanliness is average, room size is good, reception guy “Abdullah” is awesome and friendly. Bathroom toilet is not working well, and door issues, but proximity from everything and Abdullah are the major highlights
