订的房型虽然衞生间在房间外面有点不方便，但衞生间是独立使用的，保证了衞生。
服务：前台的工作人员都很热情，让一个人的旅行也感觉到了温暖。第一天到达的时候，前台的小哥哥细心的带我了解了酒店房间的位置，还帮我搬行李上楼。临走时的老爷爷还教我怎么保护自己的包包不被偷。大家都很可爱，让我对酒店留下了很好的印象。可惜我不会意大利语，所以总是无法给予回覆，但是真的很感谢。

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. It's a total nightmare.
Extremely dirty, moldy and hasn't been maintained in decades. The black mold on the walls and carpets is a health hazard and trip.com should remove this hotel from the platform.
I refused the checkin as soon as I saw the room, and 6 days later still waiting for a refund confirmation. See the pictures for reference.

観光地に近い点が良かった。
エレベーターがないので、重い荷物を持ってる人は要注意。
ホテルの方は凄く优しい方で、おもてなしの心が嬉しかった。

This turned out to be a gem of a hotel. I was traveling alone and so booked a room w an external bathroom. Everything was cozy, clean and comfortable. And again, very clean. The people at the hotel were very friendly and incredibly helpful. And the location is superb. I would definitely stay here again.
