Gorgeous, well-maintain contemporary property; stunning casitas and pools with all amenities; spa services were outstanding; excellent service all round; lots of extras - farm to table food. Beautiful golf course and well equipped gym. Easy to get around with bikes independently or gold cart ride on demand.

My stay at Chablé Yucatán was unfortunately marked by a series of service, wellness, and environmental issues—particularly disappointing as this trip was meant to celebrate my 40th birthday. Pre-arrival coordination was confusing and poorly managed. Services booked in advance did not match prior confirmations, and the concierge and spa teams were not aligned. Despite writing days ahead to reconfirm, I received no clarity. As a result, instead of relaxing my first evening, I spent a stressful dinner WhatsApping between teams to rebook experiences that had been incorrectly scheduled for the following day—my birthday. I also requested a quiet room, but the casitas are very close together, offering little real privacy. We were placed next to a loud family, which caused significant stress our first night. The spa experience raised serious concerns. I booked a massage that included deep tissue work, yet the pressure was extremely light. When I raised this, staff argued it was not a deep tissue massage despite the description stating otherwise. That massage was refunded and a second was comped, but the follow-up massage was excessively forceful, leaving me sore and visibly bruised more than a week later. An on-property mixology experience further detracted from the stay. We were asked to taste extremely aggressive syrups (including tobacco and a gin infused with rue) immediately before a fine-dining tasting menu at Ixi’im, which overwhelmed our palates and ruined that meal. To their credit, the hotel made genuine attempts to remedy the situation, including refunds for the massage and mixology class, complimentary spa time in the soaking tubs, and a visit to their small animal barn, which was lovely. While staff also made kind attempts to do something special—such as early breakfast delivery—orders were incorrect, and on one occasion coffee was left outside our casita without notification, discovered only after it was cold. Ultimately, these gestures did not make up for the stress and time spent managing issues during what should have been a restorative celebration. Finally, on multiple nights nearby villages or farms were burning trash. One night the smoke was so intense we woke up with sharp pain when breathing. Because the rooms are not airtight, there is no way to avoid this exposure—something a property of this caliber should be actively working to address. The property itself is beautiful, and some staff were kind and clearly trying. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not align with the price point, reputation, or expectations for a special milestone stay.

Eine grandiose Anlage in einem gepflegten Zustand und das mitten in einer wilden, üppigen Natur. Die Verbindung von baulichen Resten einer ehemaligen Hazienda mit moderner Architektur war beeindruckend. Die Villa selbst war sehr gro?zügig und hervorragend ausgestattet. Luxus auf h?chstem Niveau! Wir haben den exzellenten Service genossen. Gerne wieder!

Zu meinem 50. Geburtstag wollte ich mir ganz bewusst etwas ganz Besonderes g?nnen – Ruhe, Qualit?t, Stil und echtes Abschalten. Chablé Yucatán hat meine Erwartungen nicht nur erfüllt, sondern in jeder Hinsicht übertroffen. Ich bin auf Empfehlung von Stephan von Anker-Tours auf dieses Hotel aufmerksam geworden – und diese Empfehlung war ein Volltreffer. Bereits bei der Ankunft spürt man, warum Chablé Yucatán international einen so hervorragenden Ruf genie?t. Wofür Chablé Yucatán bekannt ist: * Weltklasse-Spa mit eigener Cenote – einzigartig und tief entspannend * Architektur und Design, die Luxus, Natur und Maya-Kultur perfekt verbinden * Au?ergew?hnliche Ruhe und viel Privatsph?re * Exzellenter, pers?nlicher Service, aufmerksam und unaufdringlich * Gastronomie auf sehr hohem Niveau mit ausgezeichneter Küche * Ein Gesamtkonzept, das Exklusivit?t ohne Arroganz ausstrahlt Jeder Moment fühlte sich besonders an – genau das, was man sich zu einem runden Geburtstag wünscht. Für mich war es ohne übertreibung das beste Hotelerlebnis, das ich je hatte. Als perfekte Erg?nzung zum Aufenthalt habe ich die Ausflüge privat mit Anker-Tours gemacht. Diese Kombination aus dem Rückzugsort Chablé Yucatán und individuell organisierten Erlebnissen in der Umgebung war ideal. W?hrend das Hotel selbst eher klassische Ausflüge anbietet, erm?glichen private Touren mit Anker-Tours tiefere, pers?nliche und authentische Einblicke, die den Aufenthalt perfekt abgerundet haben. Fazit: Wer sich selbst etwas wirklich Besonderes g?nnen m?chte und Wert auf Qualit?t, Ruhe und echtes Niveau legt, wird Chablé Yucatán lieben. In Kombination mit privaten Ausflügen – für mich mit Anker-Tours – entsteht ein Gesamterlebnis, das kaum zu übertreffen ist. Ein Ort, der bleibt und an den ich jederzeit wieder zurückkehren würde.

This is a truly outstanding hotel, you cannot imagine the size of the premises and that perfectly maintained. It is a former hacienda with many beautiful old buildings and structures artfully blending with the modern parts. Stunningly beautiful and so peaceful. Literally the size of a small country. Incredible spa with the views of a cenote. Rooms of very generous size with a nice pool, every room is a private villa hidden in the jungle. Yes it is rather remote and quiet, if this is what you are looking for, just go, it is one of a kind!

A really amazing Resort if you really want get away in complete privacy and seclusion this is an amazing resort! Top Notch restaurant with amazing chef, wonderful activities each room comes with its own set of bikes to ride around the grounds and enjoy the Fantastic Yucatan rainforest very spiritual and the setting is on a Cenote where the gym and the spa overlook. It's a real pleasure to watch the sunrise or Sunset as you are working out over this beautiful body of water. The staff is above and beyond always eager to please we are huge fans of the Four Seasons and stay there often and this is ranked right up there with them. Details like incredible bedding indoor outdoor showers private pool in each room makes it a wonderful Sanctuary the grounds are Lush and large and architecture of the new and also keeping the old is really a delight our favorite memory from this hotel is sitting in the cigar tequila bar while sipping on their private collection of tequila and watching the fireflies glisten on the spansive lawn

Serenity all around, meticulously designed, very quiet and lush greenery. Impeccable service except for maybe the velocity of concierge communication. The privacy and quietness of the Casitas and the quality of their design are matched only by a very limited amount of properties worldwide.

La alberca parecía balneario. Un grupo de más de 15 personas jugando fútbol en el área de piscinas, con bocinas en alto volumen y tirándose clavados.
El gimnasio cerrado hasta las 8am, deberían abrirlo antes o tener flexibilidad
En la casita la luz de la alberca es muy molesta al igual que el ruido del filtro toda la noche. Se fue la luz y agua en dos ocasiones. Impermisible para un hotel de alto lujo.
