Absolutely perfect romantic venue. Breakfast was delicious and healthy, the service was incredible and the snack drawers was a huge plus. We stayed in one night and ordered the broads that they have and that was delicious.

Truly Amazing--one of the most unique and special hotels we've ever visited. It's only four rooms a very short walk from the edge of the Australian equivalent of the "Grand Canyon". Each room is 6-star furnishing and amenities with near total privacy in the middle of the Australian woods and hinterland. Extremely rejuvenating experience. Breakfast each morning was very high quality with plenty of offerings. The staff couldn't be more helpful--special thanks to Sean and Michael who made our stay unforgettable. With Hilton's new SLH affiliation you can use points / reward certs as well as earn points if paying cash. Arguably one of the best Hilton options out there. Easy train or drive from SYD. First off, a big thank you to Sean, Jack , and Michael for taking good care of us during our 3 nights stay. You always said yes to our requests and met us with enthusiasm at all hours of the day. we’ve throughly enjoyed our interactions with you. As there are only 4 chalets in the hotel, their undivided attention is given to all guests. Communication was super responsive . Sending them a WhatsApp , and they will respond in a couple of minutes Next off - the rooms. I’ve stayed in top hotels worldwide - but the interior design of the chalet tops them all. We spent so much time admiring the room - taking our own notes if we were to design our own place in the future. Everything was of super high quality . Kitchen is fully equipped and the chalet comes with its own bbq pit. Location wise - it’s best to hire a car. We loved driving to the sleepy town of Blackheath (5 mins out), buying meats for our bbq as well as the best pies in the blue mountains. 2 excellent hiking / viewing spots are near the hotel to The hotel also partners with some excellent guides. Our guide Eric took us to his personal favourite spot where we had a picnic breakfast surrounded by many kangaroos. A big thanks to the hotel for making our stay in the Blue Mountains a memorable one

Incredible chalets thoughtfully appointed with premium touches. Great spot for bushwalking or just staying indoors and making the most of the fireplace and time away. Excellent staff add to the whole experience and provide exceptional service and local knowledge.

Oh my goodness, Chalets at Blackheath is one of the most amazing places that we’ve ever stayed at - in a truly beautiful part of the world. Angela’s vision to create a perfect, calm and peaceful retreat has been delivered in 4 beautifully designed and appointed chalets, a library/breakfast room, all set in manicured and landscaped gardens. She has built an amazing team to support her, (shout outs to Sean, Rochelle and Michael) who are super professional and welcoming hosts to this haven. The location is just wonderful, set in the spectacular Blue Mountains, with so many unbelievable views on the doorstep. And lots of treks through the bush and tropical rain forests. The team have created some close partnerships with local suppliers, who provide them with some amazing pastries for breakfast, ideas for local restaurants - and in our case, a guided tour of the bush with a local expert, Tim Tranter, who took us for a breakfast experience with kangaroos. This is a 5***** star location in every sense and many congratulations to Angela and her team - we absolutely loved our short stay with you, but heartily recommend Chalets at Blackheath to anyone travelling to the area. And we can’t wait to come back some day.

Booked this place for my 50th birthday and it was absolutely magical! It’s remote but I wanted that, luxurious and heavenly. The staff was amazing - Sean felt like a friend. We loved our chalet - gorgeous, spacious and well designed. We loved riding the bikes to town and the amazing hikes near the property. Breakfast was delicious. Could go on and on. If you are contemplating booking here, do it - you won’t regret it. Thank you Sean and team. Best birthday ever! ??
