Our experience at Chateau Fasel was wonderful! The service during our event was exceptional — the staff was very polite and professional. The food was fantastic, each dish prepared with great care and tasted amazing. The view is stunning and makes the atmosphere even more special. I recommend it to anyone who wants an unforgettable experience!

This place is a take of two halves, and for that reason I would absolutely not set foot in it again. On one hand you have a beautiful hotel, an incredible pool with a view to die for, decently priced, great quality food and drinks, and some excellent staff. The rooms are generous in size, and the location and hotel itself are the stuff of dreams. But - there seems to be a conflict between the experience the hotel wants to offer, and (not quite sure I'm right here) the family who own the hotel. Which means that whilst on one hand you have a high class, relaxing (look at the room key, chateau Fasel claims to be a oasis of tranquility!!!!!!!!) environment. Until one of the lads from the kitchen, who clearly hasn't got enough to do comes out and cranks up the ridiculously oversized dj booth like he thinks he's banging out a set in Ibiza. Well here's some news, you're not, you're destroying the peace and tranquility of the venue, which is the reason people have chosen to book a break at the hotel for!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's absolutely ridiculous to allow this to continue, idk what they're trying to prove, but you absolutely CANNOT charge guests ￡140 a night, then whack the music around the pool up to insane levels during the day, and continue that until 1am. I can't upload the video is the racket in the bedroom at half past midnight in here, but I've uploaded it on Google reviews if anyone wants to clarify their decision. The photo is of a cinema showing right outside the hotel bedrooms, and that went on really loudly until midnight! So - great place, as per above, but I would not set foot in it again to be assaulted by this level of disrespect to paying hotel guests. It's insulting, and shameful tbh. Egomania on steroids. Really really disappointing.

We chose this hotel spontaneously because we liked the photos on Booking — and we were not disappointed. The place looks exactly like in the pictures, which is rare and very pleasant. We booked the Presidential Suite, decorated in an old-castle style, which made us feel like we were living inside Game of Thrones. The atmosphere was truly special. The breakfasts were tasty, the pool offered a beautiful view over Tirana, and the staff was extremely polite and friendly. The whole property is well maintained, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. One evening, the main restaurant was fully booked due to a birthday celebration, so we couldn’t dine there. However, the staff apologized, offered to serve dinner in our room, and even gave us a complimentary bottle of wine from the hotel. We considered this a very professional way to handle the situation. We were absolutely satisfied with our stay. I didn’t find any negatives at all. I highly recommend this hotel, and if I ever return to Albania, I would definitely stay here again.

We celebrated our wedding at Chateau Fasel Tirana and the venue was everything we could have hoped for. The location is elegant and peaceful with a beautiful sunset during the evening and the reflexion of the pool that made the entire experience feel special and unforgettable. The staff is very professional, kind and always attentive to every detail. The food during the wedding and also in the morning was fresh, high-quality ingredients prepared with care and tastefully presented. Even the hotel rooms are very clean and comfortable, and offered a great view of Tirana from the balcony. We’re truly the team at Chateau Fasel for their hospitality and support in making our wedding a memorable experience.

Abbiamo soggiornato la notte scorsa in questo albergo delle colline di Tirana, vicino al Dajti Express e al Bunk Art 1. L'hotel non è ancora terminato, o meglio l'edificio principale con le camere sì, ma ci sono lavori in corso per allestire il giardino e le aree esterne, lavori non invasivi che non disturbano la quiete degli ospiti. Le camere sono graziose e mansardate. Il bagno è finestrato. I letti comodi hanno garantito una buona qualità del sonno. La struttura è ovviamente pulitissima essendo nuova. Lo staff è cordiale. Il wifi è buono, nella hall meglio che nella stanza. Ottima la prima colazione dolce e salata. Splendido il panorma su Tirana dalla terrazza.

Positive: The hotel is simply beautiful, on the mountains, with well kept gardens and beautiful views. Breakfast were nice and the staff very attentive. They help with taxis and so on. We had the junior suite room which has a big terrace from where you can enjoy a nice view of Tirana skyline. Things I did not like much: The walls are not exactly sound proof so you can listen to other guests sometimes. It would be perfect if the shower had a closed section so that the whole bathroom would not get totally wet. For those driving to the property: there are some sections of the road which are not in very good condition but it doable. I managed and I am not a very experienced driver. Alternatively you can take a taxi, prices range between 12 and 20 euros.

Simply impeccable. We arrived in Tirana and stayed one night. When we arrived we were greeted and our luggages carries to the room. We then had a beautiful open air cinema night under the stars qith a great bottle of house wine for 1600lek (16eu). The room was very clean with really good A/C and a mini bar. The following morning we had a delicious breakfast all freshly made. And most importantly the staff were wonderful and they joked and laughed with us and gave us some wonderful tips.

Pasamos nuestra primera noche en Albania en este precioso hotel. Un lugar cuidado, decorado con buen gusto y al detalle, con un jardín muy cuidado y una iluminación especial. El personal muy amable y educado nos trataron estupendamente. La cena y el desayuno exquisitos con precios muy razonables. Nos sorprendieron por la noche con un ambiente en el jardín muy agradable y la proyección de una película incluida. En definitiva una experiencia inolvidable y muy recomendable.
