Chateau Yering is in a beautiful setting, and conveniently co-located with Yering Station’s restaurant and cellar door.
While Chateau Yering boasts ‘luxury’, the reality is that the heritage buildings are looking tired, the gardens are not as manicured as they have been, and some of the facilities, such as the pool, were not available - and clearly have not been for some time.
It’s a beautiful spot, peaceful and a wonderful base centrally located in the Yarra Valley. The rooms are generous in size and well presented, but the buildings require maintenance and upkeep.

For an accomodation just out of suburban area charging $200/ night
- rooms very dated with heavily worn and stained carpet
- room amenities poor - an old electric jug and instant coffee is not up to modern expectations
- balcony dirty
- understanding CY is a classic homestead it appears very tired and in disrepair
- office hours not within expectation for contemporary accommodation

Booked this hotel as we attended a wedding next door at Yering Station. Pics dont do this place justice. It is a big room with everything well thought of. Love the bath amenities. I would be back! Great place to escape city living.

It’s a nice old skool chateau. Gives u the country western movie scene and rooms. Loved the room and the views were amazing. Water pressure and hot water (esp for winter) was great! Svcs was very Aussie and u just got to get used to them only working specific hours, so if u come late or too early be prepared for figuring it out slower. Overall still a great experience! We would come back!

不大确定，但似乎是五星级酒店的样子？
但酒店的设施是满古典的，而且布置的氛围感很不错，用的各种用具也都是比较好的，包括床、沙发等等，空间给得也很大。
而且也会送比大多酒店更好的小礼品，包括饼乾、饮料什么的在房间。
但可能因为是传统的百年高级酒店的关系，所以厕所给的是以前那种传统无排水口的厕所，所以用水及洗澡要注意会造成地面积水。
然后房间后门门口，还会有一大片草皮，早上看真的也满漂亮的，整理得很好，确实有置身在传统的高级酒店的感觉。
并且工作人员整体的素质不错，只是没24小时前台比较可惜。
然后我觉得在线不太好联络到酒店，邮件不回，电话打官网的找不着人，还得打当时入住时放门口的那只电话。

It's a nice place to stay; the vibe is good, and the surroundings are beautiful. The room is spacious and comfortable. Overall, it is excellent.

酒还不错 经理説很少中国人来
就是地图定位后容易走错了，要找一栋白楼走细长小路，我也是问了几个人。酒店内部也好看，喜欢拍照的可以来
