Lovely welcome at the hotel. Room was comfortable and had everything you needed. Good choice for breakfast. Easy to get to main sights of Bangkok. Lovely restaurants within a couple of minutes walk. Would definitely stay here again if I come back to Bangkok.

Lovely hotel, I was greeted on arrival, being shown to my room with my bags being carried (ideal after a long flight!). I didn’t make breakfast because I was too tired - I even slept through my checkout after 2 nights here (beds very comfy and wasn’t loud) and they didn’t mind at all that I was an hour late to checkout.

Nice place to stay, kind stuff, good breakfast and food just small rooms and old AC system.

Stayed for 4 days 3 nights . Rooms are generally clean. Toilets are exceptionally clean ! Aircon can be noisy but not those loud generator sound ?? it's just soft white noise that puts me to sleep which is acceptable to me ??
Staff are super polite and kind . All smiley and friendly .
Offers breakfast , but we can't have it cos it's not halal . But it's okay , just next door to a halal restaurant and 7/11 ! No problem at all .
EVERYDAY ROOM SERVICE ! ?????? Room service staff are polite and kind too ! We took the premier suite . The sofa may need a changing cos of it's discoloration. But not so bad cos u can still sit on it and it's comfortable .
Location - old bangkok town . But with loads of shops and stalls the moment u walk out of the hotel . So plus point fr me ! Lobby is nice n cosy n beautiful. Will definitely come back . Thank you Chillax resort!

We first stayed there 10 or 11 years ago. And it was fantastic! It was our first trip to Bangkok on January 1st.
We then stayed there in October 2025. The hotel has certainly aged, but it's still pleasant.

Добрый день, останавливались в данном отеле на 2 ночи. Очень удобное место, чисто, рядом массажные салоны, 7/11. До Большого дворца идти 2.3км по времени 30 минут. Завтраки хорошие. Голодными не были. Рекомендую.
