Carissimo ospite, La ringraziamo di cuore per questa meravigliosa recensione – ci ha quasi commossi (e Alexa si è anche illuminata, forse per l’emozione!). Siamo felicissimi che il nostro piccolo hotel – incastonato tra la “fatiscente ma affascinante” architettura del porto – sia riuscito a sorprenderla positivamente. L’obiettivo era proprio questo: offrire un contrasto tra l’anima autentica di Creta e un soggiorno moderno, curato e pieno di coccole… come i biscottini che tornano magicamente ogni giorno (non chieda come: è un segreto tra noi e la fata del riassetto). Il menù dei cuscini ha avuto un successone! è il nostro modo per dire che qui… anche il riposo è à la carte. Per quanto riguarda il lavandino e la doccia, ha perfettamente ragione. Sono stati progettati con amore… ma chiaramente da qualcuno che fa la doccia da solo! Prenderemo nota del suo feedback per migliorarci (o almeno per evitare tuffi acrobatici durante il risciacquo). The blinds are fully adjustable for privacy, and we encourage guests to use them as needed. ? Maintenance Issues: You mention drainage and terrace door problems. While we regret any inconvenience, we’re pleased our team responded promptly to resolve them. Being a small property with digital check-in, we rely on guests to contact us directly if anything is amiss, which you did—and we responded efficiently. ? Fixtures and Furnishings: We’ll take your feedback regarding the faucet, trash bin, and lamp placement into account as we continue to improve. That said, choices like backless stools or concealed mini-fridges are deliberate space-saving decisions, typical in design-forward boutique hotels. ? Room Access & Amenities: Key card issues can occasionally occur due to demagnetization. Our on-call staff is always ready to assist, and we’re happy we were able to help you swiftly. As for the bathrobes, they are stored in the closet by default, as noted in the room guide, but we’ll consider improving visibility for guests unfamiliar with the layout.
