Lovely bedroom en-suite rooms, clean & tidy.
Had a non-working bathroom radiator, but wasn’t too cold, had daily towels replaced instead.
Supermarket across the road, bars and restaurants around. Breakfast voucher supplied for coffee and pastry in the am, which was ok-ish.
A lovely comfortable room, the first on the right as you walk in, with everything you would need. This is family owned and run and we booked direct. Very responsive to WhatsApp messages. We got advice on where to park - about a 10 minute walk - and we were able to drop our bags off early. Breakfast was a pastry and coffee at a local café. The rooms were within walking distance of all the sights we wanted to see. Good advice on places to eat in the evening.
Amazing stay, ground floor level entry and stay so easy and response to communication great. Good spot to see river walks and sites of Verona but still have easy access to Arena and central area

The Mr. White Cinque Room
The room presentation was impeccable and it equipped with all the amenities needed for a nice and comfortable stay in Verona.
The location is perfect to go walking to all the historical and romantic places in Verona. In addition, there’s a supermarket just across the street and breakfast places are 3 minutes away.

Zona silenziosa e fuori dal caos, ma con facilità di accesso a tutte le zone storiche di Verona che risultano accessibili a piedi.
Cinque Rooms was the the perfect location for our stay in Verona, the service was amazing and we thought Riccado especially made the extra effort to make our stay perfect. From the day we booked until the day we left Riccado gave us lots of extra information about restaurants and places to visit - he even delivered fresh croissants to our door every morning. The room itself was very good and had everything you would need including coffee machine, kettle and mini fridge. The breakfast was left in our room each day and included meats, bread, fruit, muffins, juice and much more. Grazie Mille Riccado, We hope to be back soon! Denise and Dan
Very well located, safe, and with lots of parkings in the area. Nice spacious rooms with big bathrooms. The owner was extremely helpful and gave us many nice suggestions for places to enjoy traditional meals. We had a lot of fun and would definitely return!
Pro: Posizione comoda per visitare il centro, stanza pulita e carina, doccia ampia. Contro: Mi era stato detto che il letto era un matrimoniale king size ma in realtà ho ritrovato 2 letti singoli uniti, stanza al piano strada estremamente rumorosa (ci siamo svegliati più volte per i rumori in quanto la strada è molto trafficata). In camera ci sono fette biscottate, marmellata, macchina del caffè e bollitore e alle 8:30 il proprietario ha portato due cornetti con due piccoli panini, solo che il tutto viene lasciato in un corridoio esterno alla nostra camera (mr blue) quindi bisogna vestirsi, uscire (nei giorni in cui c’eravamo noi pioveva a dirotto) e poi rientrare in camera a mangiare…sarebbe forse più utile lasciare dei biscotti o qualcosa di simile in camera in modo tale da poter far colazione all’ora che si preferisce e senza dover uscire dalla stanza.
A very plain building with a white door opens into a cluster of 5 unique rooms. We were in Mr White. It was Very thoughtfully decorated with an old Hollywood glamour theme - everything was well thought out and was designed to accommodate the guest. It was clean and well maintained. Even though it was on the street, it was quiet. The room was within walking distance of so much. It is by the river which leads you all the way through historic Verona. Oodles of restaurants nearby. Great parking was available, which is rare in Italy we have subsequently discovered. I think what makes a hotel a five star is ultimately the hospitality of the staff. Ricardo was wonderfully accommodating and was a great communicator through What’s App. He answered all our questions and even called a taxi for us when we needed it. He made it clear that he was there for us if we needed him. And he was. We never met face to face, but we knew we could ask him anything. I wish there was more of a view but I have learned that if any accommodations are downtown and convenient, views are rare. You are in the city after all.
