Excellent location, clean and tidy. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Breakfast typically French and very fresh with the added omelette available on request. Underground garage also very useful but should book in advance for a small fee.

the front desk staff is friendly. the hotel is in desperate need of an upgrade. Only the bathrooms are renovated but the rest needs a good cleaning and an upgrade. The bedrooms have a balcony but they are dirty and don't have furniture, there's an "outdoor" area to eat/rest but barely any furniture and all plants are dead. The hotel is conveniently located near by the train station but the area is not great as far as restaurants around the property and the feeling of safety to walk around in the evening.

Comfortable stay. Good location for seeing the old town of Orleans. Very close to the main market and the river. Spacious room. Close to the tram stop to get to the railway station. Would definitely come again.

Convenient and clean for train travellers on a budget. We were happy with this hotel. It’s only a couple of blocks from the train station, the main shopping and eating area and the Office de Tourism. It’s a few more blocks from the old town. The hotel and our room was very clean and quiet. The front desk staff were very nice. The room was cleaned daily. There’s a lift. Request a room at the back if you want quiet. The main road at the front may have some traffic noise during the day but I think it’d be quiet at night. The room was well laid out with a door separating the closet and bathroom area. This made a nice dressing room and helped not to disturb the other person in the room. October is the perfect time to visit as it’s cool weather and uncrowded. We never saw or heard other guests. There’s no fridge or kettle in the room. The towels are thin and small. There’s no shampoo or conditioner but there is a dispenser of shower gel in the shower and hand soap in the bathroom. There’s heating but no air conditioning but there’s a fan. It may be hot in the summer. None of these things worried us because it is a budget hotel and you expect those things. We would definitely stay again.
