Have been coming here from last 10 years but an amazing transformation seen this time. Lovely interiors, good food and a wonderful staff (staff is the same n they were helpful always) it’s a best option for business travellers in the heart of the city within a decent budget .

it was neat and clean, Room found well managed , Neat & clean. While coming in hotel found quick check in well mannered. Ur luggage also drop by boy who look after that. Over all i found the good experience.

we stayed for twice there in a total of 7 days. Rooms are fresh and clean. Everything is working, except we had some issues in wifi. They should be able to provide wifi code for the no of days we have booked or are staying. Changing it daily makes a hassle. Foods are good in overall...its a value for money hotel

Decent room to get some relaxation after full day work and delicious food but network issue I felt and also wifi wasn't work properly. Room was cleaned but when next day they clean coffee mugs I felt hygiene issue as they haven't replaced or cleaned at kitchen.

Iam regular vistor of Citrine from many years. Nothing has changed. In fact it has improved a lot. Usually many Hotels after initial Success will decorate. But here they Citrine thry have improved in all aspects. Be it be their service, hospitality, hygiene etc. etc. I always feel comfortable and homely when I come to Citrine. Entire staff of Citrine are too good, polite and service oriented and always customer centric. Mr. Hariesh, Gagan, Lovanya and Gowda at front office. Chefs Mr Ranjan and Babu and especially captain Mr. Prethivi and Mr. Prabhakar are always handy in helping and taking care of the customers. I believe and conclude that the culture in Citrine is quite Homely. MD needs to be complimented for nurturing this culture at Citrine.
