Really Enjoyed the Stay. Breakfast time was excellent and experienced a hospitality from Pallavi. Tanya Chef has prepared a mind boggling tea.

We have been coming to Clarks for the past 35 years to eat at our favorite restaurant Falaknuma. The refurbished Birendra Mahal has a great ambience and we are specially thankful to Chef Kuldeep Singh for meeting us and personally preparing our order . Excellent food. A special mention to GSA Mayank Shukla whose courtesy and hospitality is praiseworthy. Making us feel comfortable and looked after. For us Senior citizens his respectful behavior was heart warming

I stayed here Clarks avadh lucknow...I would say it was the bestest stay ...Chef kuldeep was really humble and cooperative he was especially taking care of our orders nd thanks to sita for her great hospitality

It’s one of the oldest hotels in Lucknow, the property is located in the heart of the city . The interior and furnishing of the rooms reflect aging of the property and needs total revamp to be worthy of being called a five star. The strongest point of the hotel is its food , lavish layout of tasty dishes which will spoil you for choices and very nice ambience . Full marks to the team of chefs. Staff very courteous specially front desk staff .

We stayed at Clarks for 4 days and felt completely at home throughout our visit. The overall experience was excellent, with warm hospitality and attentive service from the entire Clarks family—thank you for making our stay so memorable. Very well situated hotel at the center of the city overlooking Gomti river. I was here recently while exploring the food scene in Lucknow. The rooms are good and spacious but needs attention on cleaning especially the wood panels and the washroom. I had a bad experience where I saw cockroaches from an opening in the bathroom which was not ideal but overall the staff is great and especially Jyoti at the front desk ensured they take care of all your needs.
