Bathroom was not clean and towels were not of good quality and have been used many many times also bidding is a quality but the room was big and nice. Location was amazing. also, if you have a problem with your knees like me expect always to go the first floor on the stairs if you live in the second floor, there is an elevator that takes you from first floor to second floor, but if you live in the first elevator have to go on the stairs, which was not a good experience for me

We had an amazing stay here! The room was large and comfortable and could not be a more convenient location. The little balcony overlooking the street down below was a nice touch! Breakfast was great with a lot of different options, though you have to get there on the earlier side for any hot food to be left! We would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Room was just like in the picture however the nice jacuzzi shower promoted as a point of sale did not work. Also I usually have no issue but room was loud, so it would not be suitable for light sleepers! But it was a lovely period house with friendly and helpful staff and location is very good too with nice restaurants around! Lastly, This is more like a b&b than a luxury hotel, but overall a good experience with nice and helpful staff!

酒店位置很好，位置在sorrento 老街中间，能听到外面的声音，但是不影响睡眠，去哪里都很方便，非常好

If you’re visiting Sorrento this hotel is perfectly located in the main square with lots of great food options and cute shops. The staff here are so welcoming, helpful and made our stay very easy and comfortable. The rooms are large, with lots of character and very clean. When I come back to Sorrento I would definitely hear again!

どこを切り取っても、减点するところはどこにも见当たりません。このホテルは、一生心に残る素敌なホテルでした！
立地もお土产屋さんやレストランなどが并ぶ赈やかな通りに面しており、买い物や食にはなにも困りません。部屋の窓を闭めれば喧騒は闻こえず、快适なホテルライフでした！
赈やかな道から1歩入ると中庭で、レセプションがあります。もうこの中庭からワクワク感が凄いです。
石の阶段を上がり、お部屋に行きます。歩くのが困难な方には多少不向きかもしれません。
ですが石段もおもむきがあり、登って行くたびに期待値が膨らみます。
お部屋はなんと素晴らしいのでしょう！青を基调としたインテリアに、木制の天井、高い窓から外には小さなバルコニー！充分过ぎるほどの広いお部屋です。お部屋の键すら可爱いです。
タイル张りの広いバスルームはバスタブ付きでジェットバス、シャワーも3个所からお汤が出るので、好きな设定に出来ます。十分な水量です。アメニティも可爱いです。
外でアコーディオン弾きの人が阳気に音楽を奏でているのを、ベランダで眺める至福のひととき。
屋上にはリラックスできるソファやグリーン、海も见えるテラスになっていて、美しい场所でした。
朝食会场もかなり素敌です。背の高いクラッシックな装饰のドアをくぐると、美しい天井絵の部屋です。
テーブルセッティングも心ときめきます。品数豊富なメニューで、何を食べようか悩みます。ケーキや甘いお菓子も揃っています。テラスもあるので、天気の良い日には気持ちよく朝食が顶けます。朝食时间も8时から10时までですが、私达はその2时间を全て使い、癒しの朝食时间を取らせて贳いました。
朝食会场のスタッフの优しいおじさんは、ゆったりとした话し方で雰囲気に合っていて、拙い英语の私达にも丁宁に接して下さいました。
そして経営者の方のペットのカメのチッパが、とても可爱く爱想を振りまいていました！私达はそのチッパが大好きになりました！
温かいスタッフばかりで、2泊の滞在が素敌な思い出になりました。一生忘れられない宝物です。

Different to get to from ferry
Reaching the hotel from the ferry is extremely difficult. Taking the elevator is a MUST! You absolutely CANNOT climb the steps with luggage or get good gps walking directions. The elevator location and the need to find and use it needs to be expressed as the ONLY option and be very specific as to how/where to find it. There are not easy to follow signs to find it, we actually NEVER saw an elevator or lift sign. Since there were no signs to the elevator we thought we could follow the walking gps directions. Once you start on this path, there's no other option but to finish. I was ready to call an ambulance when I couldn't get a taxi mid way. I am a fit 54 year old but this climb had me crying. The staff had to come and get me and assist. I was ill for the rest of my stay, but the staff was nice enough to go to the pharmacy for me to retrieve medical help.

My daughter and I loved our room. It was spacious, comfortable and had a nice balcony with view of shoppers below.
The air conditioning was working wonderfully on even the hottest days.
The shower/bathroom was also spacious for us.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
I highly recommend the hotel!

This property is in the most ideal spot in Sorrento - easy to walk everywhere, but tucked away in a small alleyway with Italian street vendors. We enjoyed the Italian feel of the hotel, and took advantage of the balcony and rooftop seating area. The room was very clean, and provided all the amenities we needed. The front desk receptionist was always available for questions, and was extremely helpful! I would highly recommend, and revisit!
