Our experience at Clivia Lodge was great. We booked telephonically and on arrival were received as if we were old friends. Members of staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Food was very good and I thought the accommodation was excellent. Set on the banks of the Vaal, the place oozes peace and tranquility. I would gladly recommend Clivia to anyone who wants a quiet holiday or weekend away from the rat race.
