Excelente estadia! Vinícola super bem cuidada! Jardins lindos e atendimento ótimo! No restaurante todos eram muito educados, mas as vezes o atendimento era um pouco demorado. N?o atrapalhou a experiência mas é um ponto a melhorar! Eu voltaria!

The best view in stellenbosch
The best view in Cape Town! The grounds are incredible with a view across stellenbosch.
Amazing modern decor with five star service and food.

Clouds is a beautiful property. The staff, Unica and Murica were fantastic. They were patient and most helpful. The breakfast and dinner meals were very delicious. Transportation with Winston was easy and the cost was very practical. I'm very excited to visit Clouds Estate again in the very near future.

La mejor decisión quedarnos en este hotel.
Pasamos por varios hoteles en Stellenbosch & coincidimos tiene de las mejores vistas, ya que el hotel está rodeado de monta?as.
El personal es súper amable.
Samantha en recepción nos ayudó a conseguir una reservación en un restaurante a última hora.
El cuarto en el que nos quedamos fue el estándar. Amplio & con terraza privada.
La cama & almohadas muy cómodas.
Tiene café, te & un frigobar con varias bebidas de cortesía.
Comida & bebidas deliciosas.
Nos incluyeron una cata de vinos en nuestra estancia, sin costo.
La ubicación es excelente. Cerca de vi?edos famosos, & a 10-15 min del centro en coche.
Lo único que cambiaría sería agregar una puerta en la regadera del ba?o, al ba?arte, el agua se sale fácilmente dejando mojado el ba?o.
Agregaría más opciones de comida (desayuno, comida & cena)
Agregaría algo de calefacción a la alberca. Estábamos a 36 grados & aún así era difícil meterse a la alberca por lo fría que estaba.
& mejoraría el servicio en el área de alberca, ya que teníamos que estar yendo a buscar a alguien para que nos sirviera bebidas.
Aún así Shalton nos atendió muy bien & siempre con una sonrisa.
No duden en hospedarse aquí.

Clouded view this time
A lovely hotel, friendly comfortable and with a lot of nice art work inside and around. We have stayed here before, so knew what to expect. Things were not so good this time in the restaurant though. The dinner menu was very limited, with only four mains. The spaghetti of the day was the same every day, so was the fish of the day on an inedible veg base. There was another pasta, a lasagne with egg plant which was bland the . Staying for four days we had to go out to get a decent meal. Breakfast was great as usual.
Our other complaint was when coming back at 8pm having been out, there was no one at the gate to let us into the drive. We spent 15 minutes flashing the car lights, hooting the horn. To no avail. The gate call buttons were not working, and my wife had to squeeze through the gate and walk 10 minutes uphill in the dark to get someone to open the gates. We got no apology!
