The staff was friendly.
There was a clicking noise all night disturbing us. It could be the sprinkler system.
The shower screen was not effective. Subsequently, water all over the bathroom floor.

The only criticism would be that there was no communication about the current closure of the restaurant and supplied breakfast options. I had packed expecting to have breakfast/dinner options there and lunch out with family. This is important as I'm ceoliac which means I can't just pickup a random snack. I'm used to working around such issues but forwarning would have ment I would have been prepared and not have to make special trips for food shopping.

Room was great! Clean and tidy! Check in was easy! Plenty of beautiful views and walks in the area

Room was a good size. There was no staff there to book us in, we received no email with lockbox instructions, had to get one of the maintenance guys to get our key. We booked accom with two days of continental breakfast which was nowhere to be seen, and no staff to ask. Poor.

Check in was nice and easy, disappointing that we didn’t receive our included continental breakfast.

Was only there for one night so no time check out amenities but served my purpose well and would certainly recommend Clouds
