Very nice staff - fast, efficient, kind and welcoming. Quiet surroundings, ok pool, nice food. The building itself is old, so overall a very good place.

The hotel is by the beach, so it has nice views. The rooms are very suspicious, but the hotel is a bit old and in need of renovation! Their staff or service is too slow!

Great, spacious suites with breathtaking sea views — the serenity here is to die for! The team is truly hospitable and made us feel completely at home. The food was absolutely sumptuous, and the basket breakfast served in the pool — such a beautiful touch. The rooms were spotless, and the environment was peaceful, private, and relaxing. Asante sana, Cocoa family, for giving us such an amazing experience!

Run down completely from Room to Bathroom and entire ingterior, its awaiting to fall. We were very disappointed as looking to old photos, we picked this place last week, highly demotivating. The staff of this is very nice, Sam was really friendly, he given his 101% for service. Kithchen Helper and other staff were also very nice. Reception staff need more training and should be more clear with costs of transfers and other things. I like the area this is around, but property is totally rundown and required serious maintenance.

Amazing place, private and clean. The Food was amazing the sea views especially from the balcony of the resort was to die for. Attentive customer service they really helped and made us feel like we were at home. We really enjoyed our and will surely be back again.

The hotel is in Nyali. It's very private with a great view of the beach. The meals are great. The staff is very friendly. Their rooms are spacious and most have the beach view. They have a beautiful swimming pool facing the beach. They have grounds for other sports or events.

Great food, great staff, nice and friendly environment for people like us who want quiet environment, good food and just to relax. Salim and team makes the place feel like home. Clean pool and rooms. Should try the lamb chops and beef fillet. Friendly environment for kids too

We have enjoyed the high level politeness and professionalism of the staff. But amenities and furniture needs to be renewed .. Nice huge room with the high ceilings, but at the end of the day, air conditioner did not work… There were two air conditioners so the MAIN worked good Very nice beautiful location close to the beautiful clean beach Highly recommended , strong four ?grade

The premise offered excellent services, very serene view and great food served. The hotel team was very welcoming and friendly. I loved the pool, the cinema/bar space entertained the guests well, the morning ocean view from the room is THERAUPTIC!

Remarkable historic building with large rooms and spacious cool lounges, balconies and interior in Moroccan riad style. Staff were delightful (thank you Lilian for arranging so much our trip!), food delicious (thank you chef Bukari!) including breakfasts and dinners overlooking the beach and ocean. Amazing location with nice pool and in the right area for enjoying the ocean while exploring Mombasa. Unfortunately, however, the owners have neglected the building has been very neglected with the lovely fountains without water, everything dusty, towels with holes, etc. Lack of cleanliness / clearing food causes flies in the dining area. It's a real shame because this is a gem of a place. The owners need to give it the love that their staff do.
