This is a repeat stay because I absolutely love staying at Coco La Palm. Great friendly staff, great location, good food but definitely can use more vegan options. Will return!

Spacious room with huge bathroom (ours had double shower!). Nice beach, good bar, good restaurant, great service.

Rooms smell really bad. AC remote wasn't working, they fixed it. But biggest issue is, there is no Wifi guaranteed in the rooms, which is ridiculous. They say they list this on the website which means they have no intention of fixing it. In 2025, this is unacceptable, especially because my phone kept on 3g so I couldn't use that either, 3g roaming was unusable.

The front office was very friendly and because I was a returning guest they gave my spouse and I a voucher to receive free items from the gift shop. The location is perfect. It's near everything. the environment is very welcoming and family oriented. The guest that were there were very friendly and warm. It was just an awesome experience! Also my room was immaculately cleaned.

I usually come here with my family and this has been one of the worst experiences EVER!! The guest services at the front desk was very insulting with asking me if the person I came with is a part of my party! When asked for more towels I got the wrong set and also when I went to get it myself there was an extra wait time as none was on property. The bartender had a disgusting attitude I could puke my drink with his non friendliness, definitely will turn guests away. When checking out the way they were going on about their second key I’m like do they really think I would want to keep their second key the other person was on the beach when I was checking out and the way the guy at the front desk made it seem like I would like their key was SUCH a turnoff!!!! I WILLL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN. The servers at breakfast and dinner were nice and as always a big shoutout to the lifeguards!! The hospitality never changes when we stay here amongst them! The entire front desk needs to be FIRED and that bartender!
