The location is amazing! However, the hotel is in a street full of bars so it’s super lousy all the time, the heat is centralize and they only put it on at nights but one day we wake up at 8am and was 3 degrees and no heat, the shower was broken as well, not recommended
Coderooms è un ottima soluzione per un weekend o più a Firenze. A pochi passi raggiungi piazza Duom, Ponte Vecchio, glu Uffizi e Piazza Santa Croce. Le camere rispecchiano le foto della struttura. Utilissimo il servizio bagaglio messo a disposizione gratuitamente prima del check-in e dopo il check-out! Consigliatissimo.
Before arrival I got a message with all the instructions to have access to the property. The location is great however if you are a light sleeper as I am you may need to book somewhere else as it can be quite noisy. Our Room was clean with a comfortable bed. Unfortunately the shower was faulty and next to impossible to get the right temperature and also water coming from the top of she shower. The room next to us has the bathroom almost inside our room and unfortunately we could hear everything and I mean everything. There was no kettle/coffee/tea in the room. There is a lift for one person only and the key to work the lift is in the room. If staying at this B&B I will suggest to bring light luggage and the rooms are on the second floor.
Room was fine. They advertised the room as having a court yard review and a balcony. It is neither. Barely enough room on the balcony to move given the huge ventilator and the court yard review is basically looking into the flag opposite. Lots of pigeons. Communication from the provider was poor, message to check in with codes arrived the day after we arrived and I left property in the room and I sent a message asking if delivery could be arranged which I would pay for they said yes and have since ignored all of my messages about it. Wouldn’t recommend
I was actually surprised by the quality if the hotel, the size, communication with host and location. We had the room Palazzo Vecchio (if I recall correctly) and it was great! I really recommend it to couples for a short, central stay in Florence
Il punteggio è per la posizione letteralmente a due passi da tutto. Per il resto la struttura si presenta bene sulle foto ma di fatto poi è risultata trascurata e la camera molto buia. Nonostante la vicinanza di alcuni locali notturni la nostra stanza Pitti rivolta verso l'interno era silenziosa. Se tornassi a Firenze cercherei dell'altro.
Ho soggiornato per due notti in questa struttura in particolare nella camera ponte vecchio. Aspetti positivi: -posizione - struttura moderna organizzata con codici per apertura porte ecc - buona pulizia Aspetti negativi - camera veramente troppo troppo piccola.al momento della prenotazione nn avevo fatto caso ai mq della stanza … ma x due adulti è davvero difficile muoversi. - non c’è l’armadio - non c’è il bidet - faceva veramente un caldo allucinante nonostante i caloriferi fossero spenti, dormivamo con la finestra aperta a gennaio - c’erano le zanzare - letto piccolo e senza spalliera. Le altre camere penso siamo più grandi questa assolutamente non la consiglio.
