This was our third stay with Mike and Leslie at the Colbourn Hotel B&B. As always MIke and Leslie were the perfect hosts attending to our every need. As always our room was beautifully presented and maintained, with not a speck of dust anywhere. The in-room facilities were regularly refilled. The continental breakfast choice was excellent. Mike and Leslie are the perfect hosts with their knowledge of places to go and places to eat. An added bonus is the free parking outside. We would recommend this B&B to anyone looking for a characterful property with a homely feel. Thanks again Mike and Leslie. Sandra & Bill

Thank you lesley and Mike for a lovely relaxing break. Our room was spotless and well decorated with a lovely homely feeling. Comfy bed and lovely continental breakfast. Situated so close to the beach great for a relaxing stroll along the seafront and if your feeling really energetic enjoy a walk to Rhos on Sea .we look forward to our next visit Pam Paul Liverpool

This place is completely spotless. Room was spacious with large bathroom. It has everything you need and more. Breakfast is continental and plentiful with a great choice. The star(s) of the place are the hosts Mike and Leslie. They are so warm and welcoming, nothing is too much trouble. We will definitely return in the future and would highly recommend this gem of a place.

We had the best time here. Mike and Leslie made our stay perfect. Room 5 is beautiful the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Definitely recommend this hotel the location to the amazing beach was great easy parking gentle walk to the town. Good restaurant close by. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. Hotel was spotless. Thank you Moji and Karen we will be back one day

Me and my husband have been 4 times this year . Absolutely fantastic hotel... Looking forward to going back next year ?? Mike and Leslie also tell you the best places to go to which fantastic, absolutely fantastic couple

Location was great, Mike and Lesley were wonderful hosts. The continental breakfast was plentiful with a good choice. The room and all areas were so clean, other hotels should take note. Bed super comfortable and the little touches in the room made all the difference.

Everything was absolutely amazing. Both Mike and Leslie are friendly and helpful offering lots of information about the local area. Continental breakfast was superb. Lots of choice of cereals, fruit, yoghurts, teas and cheese and ham was lovely too. Rooms spotless and have lots of personal touches I’ve not seen in other b&b’s. Lovely little bookcase to borrow books, torch next to bed for use in night, ear plugs! Sadly I was unwell 2 nights and both Mike and Leslie were very kind during that time. We will be back PS free onroad parking pretty easy to get

Traditional B&B retaining many original features. Close to sea front but quiet with ample parking available outside on the street. This has to be the cleanest place we have stayed! Immaculate in both the private rooms and the public areas. The hosts Mike and Leslie were warm, friendly and very attentive. There were some lovely touches such as biscuits, Welsh cakes, fresh milk and water replenished daily. Would stay again and definitely recommend.
